My brother, my hero! I have always looked up to you as my older brother and then you became best friends with my hubby. You have always protected me as your little sister, watched over over my 4 daughters as your own. You are a healer to everyone who asks for help. Your generosity is remarkable. You give with your whole heart. I know it’s hard today without Dad but he’s watching with Pride from heaven because of the husband, father, son, brother, friend and doctor you are. You make this world a better place! Please just take time for yourself instead giving everything to others. We need you for 120 years! Love you to the moon!

Happy birthday to an extraordinary human being🤍

Thank you for being my best friend above everything else.

for being our fearless leader.

for carrying the weight that so often goes unseen

I am endlessly grateful that G-d brought us together and that, through our love, we have built this beautiful life and family

And while today may be your birthday, I hope you know that we celebrate you, appreciate you, and love you every single day.

In this lifetime and every lifetime, I would always choose you.

The first few days after a Mommy Makeover are about giving the body time to heal while gradually getting comfortable with movement again.

I prepare my patients for swelling, tightness, and some discomfort, particularly through the abdomen.

Compression garments and breast support may also be part of recovery depending on the procedures performed.

I encourage gentle walking early on and stay closely involved through postoperative visits and communication as the surgical areas begin to heal.

Recovery is a process, and I want every patient to feel supported and informed at each stage, not just on the day of surgery.

Breast implants should look natural not only at rest, but also when the body moves. Changes in breast shape during chest muscle contraction can be especially frustrating after a previous Breast Augmentation.

In these cases, I look carefully at the relationship between the implant, implant pocket, chest muscle, and surrounding tissues. Issues such as capsular contracture can further affect breast shape and implant position.

Revision surgery starts with understanding exactly what is causing the distortion. The approach needs to be tailored to the anatomy and the changes created by the previous surgery.

I see many patients seeking solutions for these concerns, including patients who travel to see me. My priority is to create a breast contour that feels more stable, comfortable, and natural both at rest and during movement.

Proof I need oven mitts 🙃 Now that I have this doozy on my wrist, I'd love tips from my esteemed dermatologist and skincare friends on helping it heal well and not scar. What worked for you? What do you suggest......it's def going to blister soon.... #burn #skinburn #scar #scarprevention

After multiple pregnancies, this patient wanted to address changes in both her breasts and abdomen rather than treating either area on its own.

I combined a Breast Reduction and Tummy Tuck to reduce excess breast volume, improve proportion, and create a smoother, more defined abdominal contour.

What I like about this result is how the changes work together. Her breasts, waist, and abdomen now feel more balanced and proportionate to her body as a whole.
