A full-circle moment for the books! ✨

Last month, I had the opportunity to speak at the Student Leadership Conference hosted by the ACA and ABCA, and this one hit a little different.

Watching students I’ve had the privilege of mentoring take the lead in planning a national conference was EVERYTHING! 👏🏽

And of course, my topic was Collaboration Over Competition because if you know me, you know I’m BIG on building community, creating opportunities, and making sure we all have a seat at the table.

Grateful for the opportunity to pour into the next generation of chiropractors and excited to continue working with both organizations.

Keep growing, keep showing up, and don’t forget to bring people with you. 💗

A little WDC/FCA Orlando photo dump… in motion 💙✨

Good people. Big conversations. New ideas. Lots of laughter.

Business has given me a lot over the years, but one of my favourite things will always be the people it brings into my world.

Old friends, new friends, fellow Blue Cows and plenty of brilliant conversations along the way.

A fabulous few days at the Florida Chiropractic Association convention, including time with the Women Chiropractors community. 💙

Came home tired, grateful… and very excited about what’s next. ✨

another incredible @floridachiropracticassociation The National convention with my chiro besties, @womenchiropractors board and ED @ash_leeds and the most influential and giving people in the profession.

Chiropractic is in a facing a historically important shift and what’s to come for the profession has never happened before and it’s such an honor to have a seat at the table where it’s happening.

Ashleigh and I spent an afternoon with The Chiro Summit sharing updates and ideas towards the mission. Yesterday, Women Chiropractors hosted its first women’s luncheon at FCA and it was a sold out success! women students, doctors, leaders, educators came together and spent intentional time lifting each other. WDC board also hosted its annual in person meeting 💜

It was a busy 72 hours but i’m so thankful for our friends at @ncmicinsurance @chirohealthusa @janerunsclinics @footlevelers @foundation4chiroprogress for all your support and dedication and creating opportunities to connect as a profession!

See ya in Kentucky! 🤠

Professional Achievement Award!!! 🎉🏆✨

Thank you to @abcachiro and the American Black Chiropractic Association for this incredible honor.

I received a text from a colleague congratulating me, and honestly… I didn’t believe it at first! I wasn’t even in the room, yet my name was being called.

Moments like this remind me that your work will speak for you when you’re not there to speak for yourself.

I am truly grateful for the people who advocate for me, celebrate me, and mention my name in rooms I’m not in. Never underestimate the power of consistency, excellence, integrity, and serving others with your whole heart.

This award isn’t just for me it’s for every patient who has trusted me with their care, every mentor who poured into me, every team member who serves alongside me, and every person who has supported this journey.

Thank you for seeing the work. The mission continues. Here’s to making an impact, lifting others as we climb, and continuing to serve with excellence.

To God be all the glory.

Trying to sum up ABCA in 20 pictures is honestly disrespectful because it’s no way to show everything this convention is.

This was my 10th… maybe 11th ABCA convention, and I say it every year, but it really does keep getting better. The love, the energy, the students, the doctors, the laughs, the “I haven’t seen you since…” moments, the full circle moments… it’s just different.

ABCA is still the best chiropractic convention every year. I said what I said.

And to watch my best friend win Doctor of the Year? Yeah… that one hit different. Proud isn’t even the word.

Queen City gave us a time.

See y’all in Vegas.

ChiroJunky pulled up where the crowns were earned.

The Harvey Lillard Scholarship Banquet was giving elegance, legacy, and well-deserved flowers all night.

From the scholarship recipients to the award winners, this was one of those rooms where you could feel the work, the sacrifice, and the impact behind every name called.

ChiroJunky was in the building celebrating the people pushing this profession forward and yes, the looks were looking too.

POV: ChiroJunky pulled up to Kickback in the Queen City. 🔥

The American Black Chiropractic Association’s 45th National Convention kicked off with a ’90s and 2000s throwback welcome reception full of good music, familiar faces, Black excellence, and ABCA family energy.

ChiroJunky was in the building, soaking it all in and capturing the convention from our point of view.

I took a little break from social media after the convention and vacation, but I’m back—and this is just the beginning of the recap. 💕👐🏾
