What could change if you made a little more room for yourself for 30 days?

30 day yoga challenge is a chance to build a rhythm, get curious about your practice and keep coming back. Even when life is busy. Even when you miss a day.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. We’ll do it together.

We start October 24.
kickoff meeting at 10:15am.

Come as you are. Let’s see what grows.

So much of the practice happens in quiet
Much of the practice is not able to be captured
Practice takes time
Showing up, breathing, moving, paying attention, learning about who we are over time
The practice is still here
Still powerful
and if the trend has passed
Still here
Steady and strong

Our bodies need movement that support our life. Movement that helps us feel good in our bodies and keeps us able to do the things in life we LOVE. It's not always about the biggest shapes or pushing yourself to do more or better physically. The win comes in the consistency. Give yourself the time to show up, to move, to clear away the noise and remember who you are and what you LOVE. The key to a practice that lasts, is to show up for yourself consistently. TIP: Book your classes 2 weeks ahead, add them to your calendar. Plan your week around your practice, not IF I have time. Create space. Maybe it's: Monday Power Flow, Wednesday Focus Flow, Sunday Power Flow + Yin. 😊

On this day Aug 17th 2020.
It felt like the end.

Covid

We packed up the studio put everything in storage. I had no idea what would happen next.

And I started again

Most of the other photos on this reel came after that date 😉

The classes
The people
The trainings
The retreats
The friendships
All of it

Life doesn’t always go as we think it should ❌

Sometimes things fall apart
Sometimes we start again

And what happens next is more than we could ever have imagined

What are you starting again?
