This recognition isn’t just for my work or my brand. It’s for a belief I’ve carried for years. That childhood doesn’t need to be louder, busier, or filled with more things. It needs more connection. This award was a reminder last night. Every child I meet reminds me why I do what I do, and every family that trusts me allows me to be part of something much bigger than dentistry. It takes a village, a community that lifts you, colleagues and patients and friends and partners who believe in you and cheer for you. To my incredible team at JuniorDental, thank you for believing in this vision and bringing it to life every single day. This award belongs to all of us. To my family—especially my husband and my three children—thank you for your love, your patience, and for supporting the long hours and big dreams. You are my greatest motivation. And finally, thank you to every parent who has trusted me with their child. That trust is the greatest privilege of my career. This award isn’t the highlight of my journey—it’s motivation to keep making a difference, one child at a time.

One year ago, we unlocked the doors of JuniorDental. What people see today is a beautiful clinic, a growing team, and happy little patients. What they don’t see are the sleepless nights, the risks, the doubts, the sacrifices, and the moments when I wondered if I was taking on too much. JuniorDental was built while raising three children. While rebuilding my life. While growing my career. While pursuing education around the world. And while carrying a vision that many people didn’t yet understand. Because JuniorDental was never meant to be just another dental clinic. It was built on a simple belief: That children deserve healthcare that looks beyond teeth. That growth matters. That breathing matters. That sleep matters. That prevention matters. Today, as we celebrate our first anniversary, I don’t feel proud because we made it through a year. I feel grateful. Grateful for every family that trusted us. Grateful for every child who walked through our doors. Grateful for every team member who believed in this vision. And grateful for the challenges, because they shaped what JuniorDental is becoming. To everyone who has been part of this journey—thank you. This first year wasn’t the destination.
