{ Zenthai connection }

Zenthai bodywork reminds us how much we need human connection.

Through mindful touch, movement and trust, we learn to support and be supported. More than a massage, an honest bodywork exchange. A moment to soften, reconnect and remember we don’t have to hold everything alone. 🤍

Reach out if you'd like to decompress & regulate

The beautiful Earth & Eros women’s retreat ❤️

Magic happens when women come together to play and express. So many things about my life are foggy but something that’s clear as day is that my purpose on earth is to create spaces for women to gather and be their most unfiltered, incredible selves, and be celebrated for it ❤️

I feel so blessed to have met all of you gorgeous women, and I cannot wait to hold more retreats this year!! 😊

"Beautiful @naturespirit.healing ,

You have created such a powerful, beautiful, magical, sacred, safe, brave, awakening space where women can just be their true authentic, unapologetic selves!

To think this was your first ever retreat to run on your own with the help of your beautiful soul sisters 💗 - absolutely blows my mind. Shows how far you are going to go and how many women are going to choose to do the work with you because you create such a free, safe and expansive space to let go, love all parts of ourselves and to lean into those edges of discomfort. Meeting ourselves on all levels!

Coming home from your retreat, I have never felt so in love with not only myself, but the beauty of life. The challenges, the blessings, the dark, the light, the pain, the magic! I have witnessed this feeling before, never to this extent. Allowing myself to step into my power and knowing that I have the ability to achieve anything I desire.

You are a huge inspiration to me, and I cannot wait to run a retreat one day, your first has inspired me to delve deeper into my passion of love, connection and inspiring others to step into their power and become the best versions of themselves!

From my root chakra to my crown, I thank you so deeply 💖

You are a goddess on this Earth, allowing others to be free and explore the beauty in themselves and in their lives ✨️

Thankyou & More Please 🙏

Love Jenn ❣️ "

Look out for this incredible woman's future workshops and/or retreats!

Tribe sets the vibe 🔥

Well that was pretty EPIC 🤯

Over 80 of us gathered around a fire, connecting to self, country, music, movement, song and community.

Doesn’t get any better than this!

Not long ago, I was living on the other side of the world working a tech job in San Francisco.. chasing quarterly goals, meeting minutes and numbing my existential dread with drugs and alcohol.

I would gaze out the window from that SF skyscraper day dreaming about a radically different life.

I didn’t know what that would look like, but I knew there was more to life than the long commutes, KPIs and living for the weekends.

With zero f*cks left to give, I sold everything, booked a one way ticket to Panama and set off on a soul quest around the world in search of purpose, meaning and happiness.

Flash forward 5 years later and I’m now running my soul business, getting paid to sing and dance with these legends around a fire. 🔥

My dark night of the soul propelled me on a journey into the unknown. With no compass or guidebook, I learned to listen to the whispers of my soul.

And now it is my mission to help others do the same.

If you find yourself going through a dark night of the soul, contemplating a new life story for yourself... know that ANYTHING is possible!

I hope that the fire we danced around continues to ignite your soul.

I hope that the fire in your heart burns brighter than ever before as you invite your wildest dreams to come alive.

I hope you give yourself permission to be seen, heard and felt in a world that has become so disconnected from our ancient ways of living in harmony with ourselves, each other and nature.

Matt and I have been dreaming of an Ascension outdoors around a fire, and on Saturday night, our dreams came to life.

To our support sisters and brothers, drummers, dreamers, dancers and co-creators. THANK YOU!

Special shout out to partner in crime @matchu_muses - so honoured to walk this path with you, brother!

Next Ascension coming in November 🐉
