These competitions wouldn’t be possible without the team that backs it 🤝
We want to thank every single person that made this event possible!

I can not describe just how much I love this shit.

@aplpowerlifting turned it up for a killer weekend, I can’t wait to throw it back again in Melbourne!

What a day. Genuinely one of the best comps we’ve had at Nemesis.

Every lifter brought it. The vibes were high. And a big congrats to all the lifters who competed for the first time.

Also a big thank you to all our helpers who made the day run smoothly. We couldn’t do it without you 🫶

Full comp recap coming soon.

Week 4 of training, and we are back on the log.

Training has been great, the support crew has been even better.

Development yarn is progressing and we are definitely on route to be cooking.

Mentally definitely in the best place I’ve been in a while now.

As a wise man once said - if you ain’t good get good

And I’ve been getting GOOD @jason._.adams

Can’t wait to have my first comp with @jonesasher as my coach! Let’s gooooo

Thanks for the good session team ☺️

What a week 11/52

Half way to being parents (scroll to see peanut)
Body is feeling goooood
Was so good to catch up with the homies last week I’ve truly missed seeing them
Taco Tuesday with the gang (no pics coz @kaitymaree_ didn’t send the group photo)
Pools, compression and some solo red light therapy with the bro
Scrolls from @caro_dunkley
And some 3d printing of Igris (solo levelling) and some updates to the work desk
