This Labor Day I’m celebrating being an independent working artist for close to a decade!! My solo work as “Lone Star Dream Journal” is on hiatus rn while I work on some other very exciting projects that I want to highlight for a moment.

I have been mostly self published and self funded until recently and I appreciate everyone who books me or involves me in recordings and events, it is a big part of how I make a living and the more I can do it the luckier I will be!

Working on a recording in Mineral Wells with @lilmeccaa for @the_land_ethic.wav
We would love to share what we have been working on at a sound healing workshop or ambient event

Research for upcoming @texasruins collaboration for @midnight.in.nowhere community festival. DM for details.

@pinkcrucifixes and I have been steadily working on wall works and custom frames for interior design consignment and would love to have a studio visit with anyone interested in our work!

Installing works for @dsgnforus “Raíz” at @oakcliffculturalcenter showing until Sept. 15. Over the last year Natalia has been an angel to commission my hands and eyes as her assistant.
I have been greatly enjoying expanding my skills that I’ve learned from my own experience in exhibitions by helping other artists make their work bigger and more impactful without relying on hands alone. I enjoy being able to lend my creative and organizational skills as well as my physical strength. This back has carried me this far!

So incredibly special to be assisting Natalia with the exhibition of this work we did with the city of @dallasculture last year.

This work is so deeply important to me, and to the innocence and joy of the children that are being raised in these times. Soy de la Tierra!
