First time flying with @dtm.fitness ’ Aerial Yoga class in Catonsville, MD, and I had a ball!

I did not expect aerial yoga to fire up my core like that. The real challenge is trusting the sling, letting go, and engaging your core.

DMV friends, this is your sign. Book your first aerial yoga class and see for yourself 😎🧘🏾‍♀️.
