Together with Chef Alexandre Mousset from Ducasse sur Seine, we’re revealing one of the first recipes from the book *Le Chocolat*, by Alain Ducasse.

An intensely chocolatey tart, designed for those moments when a simple craving for chocolate deserves a little more than just a square.

A sweet cocoa pastry, a wonderfully smooth chocolate filling, a few precise steps… and the promise of a tart that’s as indulgent as it is elegant.
