Business is ruthless. It’s every man for himself… and kind people get eaten alive. That’s what people try to tell you, but yesterday that rhetoric got destroyed right in front of me. I launched a new business yesterday. A business I’ve been working on for the last 18 months. And 13 people helped me do it for free. @vicky.owens drove a 12-hour round trip to help me launch DreamBrew. @saradaviescc gave up six hours of her day to stand beside me and sell. I tried to repay her by selling her book… she refused. @mollyallin and @emilio.koumis two of the best TikTok Live experts in the country, travelled hours to hand over everything they know and join me on live. @andyghooper a good friend of mine and business partner joined me on live for the first time ever to tell people about my business. I’m still blown away. They could’ve charged me thousands. I’ve been building businesses for 35 years… I still couldn’t launch this one alone. Experience never makes you self-sufficient. Every business I’ve ever built was carried by people who showed up when they didn’t have to. So if you’re building something and trying to prove you can do it all yourself… stop. Needing people isn’t weakness. And if you think kindness has no place in business, you’re not just wrong… Vicky, Sara, Molly, Emilio and Andy… thank you. And also a huge thank you to the dreamers from the Dream Fund who joined and my team. What am I doing here? Yesterday we gathered the team in Simon’s garage for a livestream to launch DreamBrew, the coffee that funds dreams ☕ Where Sara Davies joined us as co-host. A few hours in, it was my turn to go live with Simon and Sara. And after few minutes in with Simon, he left me alone to run the show 😅 Wait… me? - The ¨useless¨ kid in school from a small island in the middle of the Baltic Sea. - Who went all in on his tennis dream to prove himself worthy. - Only to learn that titles made him feel worthless, and that a purpose is what fulfils him. Ironically funny. Looking back at yesterday, that’s how I find it... But it also shows what an aligned purpose can do. You’ll change others’ lives, and as a side effect, your own life will change too. Now back to making dreams happen and supporting my wonderful dreamers in Sweden 🇸🇪 Huge credit to Aimee Squibb and Katie McCamley for pulling this off 🙌 Prep prep prep🧘 Learning from the 🐐

You share what you believe. You tell people where you’re going. You put the mission out into the world. Then things start moving. Opportunities come. The business grows. And eventually, it gets too crazy to do everything yourself. That’s when you need the right people around you. That’s why I’ve realized most of what I do comes down to two things: 1. Helping you create content that shares your vision. 2. Helping you delegate and find the right-hand person who helps you build it. Share the vision. Build the team. Keep going.

A little look at what went into Dreamland 🧡 After months of planning, I arrived four days before Ideas Fest to an empty field. And day by day, more of the team arrived. We built the doorbell ourselves, painted the bar the exact colour of Dream Brew yellow, packed hundreds of goodie bags, got absolutely soaked and carried on anyway. 48 of our team and ambassadors together in a field, getting stuck in. We don’t get to be in one place very often and I loved seeing everyone come together to bring this to life. I feel very lucky to work with people who care this much. So proud of what we’ve built, so grateful for the people I built it with. The actual Dream Team 🧡
