POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s a surreal moment to feel courageous enough to share this video on a platform I’ve felt challenged to let myself be seen on over the years—especially when it’s unpolished and imperfect.

On Labor Day weekend, at the Love is the Medicine festival at @dvarasanctuary - I hit a huge milestone for myself as an event host and artist.

This song known as “White Light,” was the first song I ever wrote and played on a stage. I practiced every single day for three weeks leading up to it. And when i started to compare myself to the other brilliant artists up there, I didn’t let it stop me. I began to fall in love with my unique voice & even my mistakes. I continued to drop into my heart & the spirit of the song even when my mind tried to criticize & take me away from the ultimate intention besides just “sounding good”; which was to remind you that no matter what challenge or moment of grief you are facing, that you are held close by & loved by unseen forces.

Let it be known that me singing and playing my song wasn’t even on the original roster. But something in my heart felt that it needed to be heard, & I learned to listen to that more than the fear of not being “perfect.”

I’ve dreamed of this moment since I was a little girl. And I know she is proud of me. Proud of me for all the inner work and inner safety that I had to accomplish all to be a conduit of this song & share it live.

Thank you first to @alexmilsted for your musical accompaniment and on-going encouragement. Thank you to all of the surrounding artists @benlarsenmusic @saratonehome @dunemoss @alexaandthefolk who held me in my expression on this day and continue to inspire me & who have made this video so much more about the magic we all cultivated as a community. Thank you to @embodied.life.coach for being up on stage with me & supporting my dreams.

& thank you, to the spirit of Grandfather Tobacco, to my vocal teachers, mentors & ancestors who helped me open my channel to receive this special song.

Stay tuned for early next week for a super special announcement of a release of something akin to this 🫣⭐️

Wow y’all! It’s been a full month since our backyard sacred gathering, Love is the Medicine was in full swing. Since then, life has not been slowing down to say the least, but rather, teaching us how to continue carrying the essence of all the gifts that this beautiful festival blessed us with. And it truly is safe to say, we are very much still integrating.

Now feels like a beautiful time to really honor the energy, magic, love and creative spark that we all co-created this night. We truly could not have asked for a greater line-up of artists and friends to share their hearts and voices so fully. The energy of this land, home and community deeply felt it.

This is the first round of thank yous to @benlarsenmusic @saratonehome @embodied.life.coach @alexmilsted @alexaandthefolk and @dunemoss for gracing @dvarasanctuary with your presence and powerful expressions. It truly did feel like we came together to welcome in the essence of love inside of our bones and spirits, and it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you.

Also so much gratitude to our volunteers, friends and loved ones for supporting and tending this gathering with your thoughtfulness and efforts. Such a big help all of you were!

Thank you to @weareearthandether for your generous tea services. To @gno_g00d for your incredible sound set up. And to @christinascaptures for snapping these beautiful photos (there are so many more to come!) along with the talented @trinity.productions.llc videos that will also be released soon!

Much love to you all who came and received and danced and cried— for making the end of our summer one worth remembering.

More videos and photos to come ✨

Dropping more lore below ↓

🌈 I'm queer and fiercely proud of my LGBTQIA community.

I grew up in a religion that told me I was going to hell for loving who I loved, so you could say I've earned my pride through fire. I chose myself - and the price was excruciating at the time.

🌬️ I'm an Aquarius sun, Virgo moon, and Gemini rising.
I'm also a Mental Projector in the human design system - an energy type that is less than 1% of the world: it's characterized by intense sensitivity and a very visual inner world. Checks out.

💌 I love to write and paint. Although my photography has taken the main stage of my online presence, creation of many forms keeps me engaged with this world. I can sometimes tend to "float away" in my life - my inner world can be quite consuming at times and it can feel challenging to be engaged with the outside world. Creation helps me connect. I could not be more excited to share these creations with you via my snail mail club!!

🌌 I've met my soulmate in a vision, wrote them a letter dated on their birthday two years before I met them, and had an electric shock go through my entire being when seeing them in person for the first time. We've been together for almost two years now - I've learned so much. They are an irreplaceable part of my life. I'm so glad I trusted the vision that came through, and followed the breadcrumbs to meet them.

🫂 I help facilitate grief-tending rituals at @griefoasis in Northern California. We offer free online rituals every two weeks (check @griefoasis bio) as well as longer in person gatherings every few months. It's powerful work that I'm honored to participate in.

Thank you for reading 🥹💌

I'd love to stay in contact. Much love to you all.

“When I got in bed, I felt complete. I almost felt in love”

I wrote a lil prayer for all of you about bed-rotting, bunnies, losing FOMO & making it through a glorious & exhausting summer. It is all up on Substack. Link in bio & in my stories. I love you 🤍

had the pleasure of attending Love is the Medicine, a beautiful backyard festival hosted by @dvarasanctuary this past weekend🌟❤️🎶

It was such a joy to slow down and be really present in the music, good energy, and lovely conversations. Lately I’ve been feeling my energy being pulled in many different directions but being there reminded me of why I started this work in the first place. To connect with individuals on a deeper, spiritual level and help them feel celebrated and seen in their bodies. To offer healing through our traumas and shadows so that we can overcome them and let our essence shine through how we show up in the world✨thank you so much to every single person that stopped by my table, shopped my rack, listened to my story, and shared those moments with me💗

And big thank you to @christinemarieheals and @embodied.life.coach for inviting me into your beautiful sacred space! I loved being there and witnessing everyone enjoying the day. It was the best way to say goodbye to this abundant summer and welcome in the fall season🌦️🌹🎼🍵🧡

I’ve been playing shows at @jamminjava in Vienna, VA (Washington DC area) the last decade and the mental scrapbook I have from these shows and the people there is so sweet. Can’t wait to come back and make more memories with you one month from today. I’ll be sharing new songs from my latest project ‘The Phone Booth Sessions’ (plus a few old favorites). See you soon. ❤️

A window into this universe ⇩

It's been six months on the land and the journey has been deep, challenging, and rewarding.

🫂 We've hosted 2 grief retreats, which will forever stay in my memory.

This land is some of the most gorgeous terrain I have ever laid eyes on.

The spirit of the earth here has a joyful quality as well as the immense depth to hold our hearts in the places that hurt.

🌌 It's an honor to hold space for communion here. Our next retreat is December 4-6th

🪴 We've also been busy cleaning up the land, planting a garden, building a yurt deck + constructing a yurt, and making the house we live in a home.

Although we've been busy, this land has also asked us to deeply rest. And journey into ritual for healing.

We've spent many days swimming, exploring, star gazing, talking around a fire, and spending quiet time alone.

It's been a massive adjustment for me - coming from a populated city.

This journey has not just been one thing...but everything. Grief & love. Awe & sadness. Work & pleasure.

Beyond thankful for the opportunity to realign my life to these rhythms, and tap into a deeper truth.

💌 If you're interested in the grief work, message me. I'd love to share some free resources ✨
