Some people come into your life for a season and leave a bigger impact than they probably realize.

Dusty has been one of those people for us. ❤️

Over the past year, he stepped up in a huge way. He helped lead us through opening our second location, supported our coaches, took care of our members, and became one of the most important leaders in our community.

But more than anything, Dusty genuinely cared about the people here. That’s why he became one of our community’s favorite coaches.

Now he’s heading into the next chapter and finally getting the opportunity he’s been working toward for years. And while we’re going to miss having him around, we couldn’t be more proud to see him go after something he’s wanted for so long.

Dusty, thank you for everything you gave to Path 2 Self Performance. For the hard work, the leadership, the laughs, the ridiculous moments, and most importantly, the impact you had on our people.

Go get it, brother. You’ve earned it. 💪

Some goodbyes are a little harder than others. ❤️

Kim P has been part of Path 2 Self Performance from the beginning, and over the years she’s become so much more than a member. She’s been a familiar face, a friend, and an important part of our community.

Now she’s heading down south to spend more time with her son, daughter-in-law, and her new grandbaby, and while we’re going to miss having her here, we couldn’t be happier for her and this next chapter. ❤️

Kim, thank you for showing up, putting in the work, supporting the people around you, and helping make our community what it is.

You’ll always have a place here. 💪

Let’s show @rooted.landscape.design some love!!

We love you, Kim. Go enjoy that grandbaby! 👶❤️

One word. Endless meaning. 💪

We asked our members to describe Path 2 Self in just ONE word... and the responses say it all. From “ inclusive” to “amazing ” to “awesome ” every answer reflects the community we’ve built together.

The best part? Every person who walks through our doors helps make Path 2 Self what it is. Thank you to all of our amazing members for showing up, working hard, and making this gym such an awesome place to be.

If you’re looking for more than just a workout, come see the awesomeness everyone’s talking about. 🔥

What our clients think happens behind the scenes: 💪🔥📈

What actually happens behind the scenes: 🤦‍♂️😂🎬

Fortunately, coaching fitness is easier than walking past a camera without embarrassing ourselves.

Enjoy this week’s employee blooper reel. 😅

Today reminded me why we do this.

From standing together at the beginning… to every mile, pull up, push up, air squat, and final step across the finish line… this was about so much more than a workout.

What stood out most was watching our community show up for one another.

Parents completing rounds with babies nearby.
Kids joining in and moving with us.
Members stepping in to hold someone else’s child so they could finish.
People encouraging each other, pacing together, and making sure nobody felt alone.

That is what makes Norwich Fitness Center special.

Murph is hard by design.
But the purpose has never been suffering for the sake of suffering.

It is about remembrance.
It is about gratitude.
It is about honoring those who gave everything and no longer have the opportunity to stand beside us.

Today, every rep was done with purpose.

To everyone who came out, thank you.
Whether you finished the full workout, scaled it, partnered it, cheered, judged, supported, or simply showed up in the capacity you could… I am proud of you.

And to those who could not be there, we know you were with us in spirit.

9 years in a row.
One community.
Honored. Remembered. Never forgotten.

Today was bigger than reps, bigger than time, and bigger than fitness.

To everyone who showed up for MURPH this year, thank you.

Whether you completed it RX, scaled it, partnered it, modified it, cheered people on, judged, or simply walked through the door and gave what you had today… I am proud of you.

You showed up at the capacity you could show up, and that matters.

We watched people push through hard moments, encourage each other, laugh, struggle, finish together, and remember why we do this every year.

MURPH is not about proving toughness.
It is about remembering sacrifice.

We do MURPH to honor those who cannot.
To honor the men and women who gave everything and never got the chance to come home.
To remember that freedom is not free.

And for those who couldn’t make it today, we know you were with us in spirit.

Thank you for carrying the meaning of this day with respect, effort, and community.

9 years in a row.
Honored. Remembered. Never forgotten.

❤️🤍💙
Norwich Fitness Center! Until next year… keep living a life worthy of the freedoms they fought to protect.

🔴 The CrossFit Open RED VS BLUE results are in!!!! And the winner is…….TEAM RED!!!🔴

Week after week… you showed up, pushed through, and left it all on the floor. And now it’s official… Team Red takes the win. 🏆

But this wasn’t just about winning.
This was about showing up when it was hard.
Competing, cheering, suffering, and growing together.

Every single person who stepped on that floor made this what it was. The energy, the community, the Friday Night Lights… unmatched.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Already counting down to next year… 😏🔥

There is no better feeling as a gym owner than watching your facility go from empty floors and a mop in your hand… to a room full of people pushing themselves together.

What most people see is the packed gym, the energy, the music, the community. What they do not see are the nights you wonder if you are going to lose everything you built. The moments you are scared, exhausted, or dealing with people who try to take advantage of you, sabotage you, or tear down what you created.

Business ownership is not glamorous. It is cleaning floors when no one is watching. It is fighting through problems you never expected. It is learning to trust yourself when the path forward feels impossible.

There were moments where this place could have disappeared. Moments where it would have been easier to quit.

But you keep showing up anyway.

You mop the floors.
You turn the lights on.
You open the doors.

And then nights like this happen.

A full gym. Loud music. People giving everything they have. A community that chose to show up.

That feeling right there makes every hard moment worth it. 💪🔥

The final Friday Night Lights of the CrossFit Open is in the books. Workout 26.3 brought the energy, the effort, and an incredible crowd.

There’s still time to make it count. Athletes have until Monday at 8 PM to submit their scores, so if you haven’t entered yours yet, make sure it’s in.

The Red vs Blue points are still stacking up until Monday at 8 PM, and it’s still anyone’s game.

Final scores will be locked in and the winning team will be announced Tuesday. Let’s see who takes it.💙❤️💙❤️💙
