If you have read this far, please know that Linden, the Stillwell family, Abby and Cailey all need prayers for peace and Grace and strength. Linden is very weak. Things do not look good. Cailey had a video-chat with Linden last night while Abby was there... Really it was Abby talking with Cailey more than anything. Afterwards my sweet girl asked "Is it ok that I used up all my 'happy' on the call? I don't think I have even a speck of 'happy' left." 🥺 Then she sat with me, head on my shoulder, talked a little, watched a little NCIS and went to bed.

Saturday Long Run - Part 2...
BockFest 5K!!
My FIRST time running this race.

I decided to try for a 5K PR this year... And I got it at the race this morning!! Loved seeing my @cincy.rwb.team out there on the course and afterwards!! Always fun "running" into @flying_beej 😘 Saw @molliethehounddoggie and stopped for love, but did not stop long enough for a pic.😍😂

Dug deep after a hectic week and got sub-34:00 PR.👍 My last PR was around 35:00. Slowly working towards a sub-32:00. 😉 I am #braveenough to try and #believe it's obtainable. Thanks for helping me along the way @fellowflowers

They have been given the "Days left" count for their daughter, Linden.
She is one of my Older Teen's best friends.
She's been battling brain cancer since back in March 2019 and likely for months before then.
Glioblastoma.
