Day 2: #MoreThanAlone 🤍

One of the hardest parts of a fertility journey is how isolating it can feel.

The waiting. The unknowns. The emotions you do not always have words for.

And yet, it is the people who sit beside you and say “me too” that change everything.

These women 💛

What started as connection in this space turned into something so much deeper. Real support. Real understanding. Lifelong friendships.

Because support is not about having the perfect words.
It is about being seen. Being understood. Being held in the moments that feel the heaviest.

Infertility can take a real toll on mental health, with many experiencing anxiety, depression, and deep emotional stress . Having support is not just helpful. It is essential.

Today, I am so grateful for the women who have reminded me I am not alone. And I hope this reminds you that you are not either.

Whether you have found your people yet or you are still searching, there is space for you here 🤍

🧡 NIAW DAY 2: There were seasons I felt completely alone in this.

Not just physically… but emotionally, mentally, spiritually.

And then slowly
through strangers on the internet, late night messages, support groups,
I realized something:

I was never the only one.

Support doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes it’s the person who sits in the hard with you.
Sometimes it’s the woman who shares her story so you feel seen.
Sometimes it’s you choosing to show up for yourself.

This community… this space… it matters. 🧡 Community is my lifeline

Day 2 — #MoreThanAlone 🧡

Infertility can feel incredibly isolating.

After years of feeling alone, this is a glimpse of the village I have now created. 🧡
The people who have showed up, checked in, and helped me feel a little less alone.

And while many are here, this is not everyone.
There are others who have been part of my story, and there is always room to grow this circle.

For some, support is still something they’re searching for and if that’s you, I see you. You are not alone in that feeling and please never hesitate to reach out. There are people who want to be there for you.

Today is about recognizing the people, spaces, and moments that make this journey a little more bearable.
