An anchored boat still moves.

The goal isn’t to eliminate every wave, but to develop ways to navigate them.

Regulation isn’t about being calm all the time. It’s about building awareness, flexibility, and finding our way back when life feels overwhelming.

A little piece of what we’ll be exploring this Saturday at Anchored⚓️

What a weekend. ✨

Friday afternoon, I gathered with an incredible group of clinicians at Elemental Health for our Holistic Therapists Consultation Group. It was an afternoon of connection, conversation, shared wisdom, and the kind of honest reflection that reminds me why community in this work matters so much.

Then Saturday, Mind Music Tarot joined Beth Cosi at Dwell Somatic Studio for The Threshold: A Lion’s Gate Ritual. We moved, reflected, drank blue lotus tea, worked with tarot, set intentions, and created space to consider what we’re ready to step toward and what we might be ready to leave behind. 🦁✨

Two different spaces, but both rooted in so many of the things I care about: community, connection, reflection, and coming home to ourselves.

And August isn’t over yet. 👀

✨ August 24 | Aligned Decision-Making for Women in Business
6:00–7:30 PM | Fifth Third Bank – Cane Bay
Hosted by Summerville Women in Business
(Link in bio)

We’ll explore how fear, logic, intuition, and nervous system patterns influence the decisions we make and how to quiet some of the internal noise so we can make choices that feel both strategic and aligned.
All are welcome.

✨ August 28 | Spiritual Self-Care in Clinical Practice
9:00 AM–1:00 PM | Live on Zoom
4 SCLLR-Approved CEUs | $95
For therapists in SC
(Link in bio)

A 4-hour continuing education training exploring spirituality, meaning-making, therapist well-being, and ethical clinical practice using tarot through an inclusive, evidence-informed lens.

(A Note for Current & Former Therapy Clients:
Because Mind Music Tarot is separate from my clinical practice, current and former therapy clients are not able to participate in MMT events or services. This boundary helps protect your confidentiality, avoid dual or overlapping relationships, and maintain the integrity of the therapeutic relationship, even after therapy has ended. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep these spaces appropriately separate. 💛)

a heavenly lineup: morning yoga, a hike to oia, wine with a view, and a sunset that just won’t quit.

this is crete + santorini, one of our favorite combos for a reason.

dm us or drop a comment and we’ll send you the full itinerary and get you connected with one of our retreat advisors.

This is what I did last week. This is the only picture I took right when I arrived. I parked my car on Monday and it didn't move until I left Friday afternoon. Yoga twice daily, tarot, listening to the birds, disconnecting from my phone, reading in the sun on the dock, enjoying wonderfully delicious meals, spending time at the table, connecting with such sweet people, allowing my nervous system to just rest. So needed and so appreciated.

Self-advocacy begins long before you speak. ⚡️

It begins the moment you tell yourself the truth. 💠

The truth about what you feel.
The truth about what you need.
The truth about what is no longer in alignment.

Before we can speak our truth, we must first hear it.

Join me for an evening of sound, stillness, and guided healing as we reconnect with the wisdom of the Solar Plexus, the voice of the Throat Chakra, and the vision of the Third Eye.

Through guided meditation, Reiki, and the healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and wave drum, we’ll create space to quiet the noise of the outside world and return to the truth within.

To see clearly.
To trust yourself.
To speak authentically.

The journey is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you are.

Let’s put our phones away and enjoy each other’s company.

Let’s eat dinner and savor every bite.

Let’s not hurry or rush or think about what we have to do next.

Let’s just have a meal together and be present.
