Bench press increase in under one minute save 📌 for later 👇

Most of the times people struggle on the (drive up concentric) portion of bench press.

When you use accommodative resistance (aka bands) it helps your nervous system 🧠 organize how to shoot out of the bottom like a cannon 🚀 🤯

Steal the workout bench press speed bands 5 sets x 3 reps

Clap push-ups x3-5 (speed)

5 sets total super set then rest 3-5 mins

How to do Turkish get ups the right way and WHY save 📌 for later below 👇

Turkish get-ups aren’t a shoulder exercise. They’re a movement quality exercise that's the 🔑

Every rep challenges your ability to create stiffness where you need it and mobility where you need it.

You’re teaching the body to transfer force from the ground through the hips, trunk, and shoulder while staying stable WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR ATHLETES AND THE KINETIC CHAIN

The biggest benefits are shoulder stability, anti-rotation core strength, hip mobility, thoracic rotation, single-leg stability, coordination, and body awareness. That’s why they transfer so well to basketball, golf, throwing, sprinting, and lifting.

Basically do them and include them in your training 💪

Happy 19th Birthday, Dylan!

You’ve spent the last year proving that you’re not just a great athlete—you’re a great human. Watching the way you show up for your family, your friends, and the people around you makes me proud every day.

You’ve especially had my back these last few weeks while I’ve been hopping around on one foot, and I don’t take that for granted.

Keep working hard, stay humble, and keep being exactly who you are.

Love you, dude. Now go enjoy your last year as a teenager.

Since everyone’s been asking what happened. Hard to watch as mom 😭 tough warriors in this household! We got this! I’m in my mode… got a regimen of vitamins… K2 D3 vitamin C zinc turmeric omega 3s… icing every hour! Positivity rest and we have been doing nothing but watching basketball all week. Games for days…

Since everyone’s been asking for an update — thank you, truly, for the love you’ve been sending our way.

Today was surgery day, and it was a lot heavier than any of us expected. He’s hurting, and I can already tell this round is going to be more painful than last week. Once the surgeon got in there, they realized the break wasn’t clean at all — it was basically shattered.

The bones under his eyes, his nose, and the whole septum area were in multiple pieces, so this is going to be a longer road than we thought. He’ll need three separate surgeries, spaced out so he can heal between each one.

But if you know him… you know he’s built different. Toughest kid I know.

And as a mom, watching him go through this is brutal — but I’m so proud of how he’s fighting through it.

Thank you all for the prayers, messages, donations, and constant support. Would have been impossible alone. We appreciate you more than you know.

Somewhere between the Braves game, bubble chaos, and midnight cuddles—we made great memories!

Georgia gave us:
Charlotte’s art talent with food coloring + pool color game + nightly snuggles and jokes + French braids and sparkle + bonus frog catcher

Landon spotting every frog, worm, turtle, deer (trail MVP) + jokes that make us all laugh + baseball talent he’s got an arm! + sweet big brother

Grady’s tender sweet heart with a smile that melts your heart + bubble machines + cuddles + I love you momos + laughs + baseball hits

Jaxon + Grady vs. the bubble machine (the bubbles lost)..

Dylan + Charlotte dominating game night (everyone else: humbled), but if Charlotte and Landon had been on a team none of us would have had a chance

Jaxon falling asleep mid-fun (basketball bootcamp caught up) + cuddles with Grady + arts and crafts with the kids + bubbles + water slide races with Landon + basketball and baseball with the boys

Jamie taking Dylan and Jaxon to the park to show them up in basketball and coming back with everything hurting… old man problems

Aunt Liz getting emotional during Moneyball telling the boys she’s their forever fangirl 😂 best most thoughtful present Dylan got: socks with his face on them 😂

Landon & Grady bringing the dance moves

Dylan the oldest of the crew giving each one time… whether it was reading books, carrying Grady for a hike, playing matching game with Charlotte. All here to celebrate him going to college and turning 18!

Watching the cousins together made me so happy! That’s the part I’ll remember forever.

We came to celebrate Dylan…
Georgia has my heart
