There’s no better fitting music than sampling Malcolm X for this post! If you don’t know who Butch Ware is outside of my own reposts, please know he’s more than a man running for California governor. He’s a professor, an activist and someone on the right side of history. Dr. @butchware has shown consistently he is for the people, but especially the working class, the POCs, the minorities, the impoverished and wanting to solve the issues that oppress and disenfranchise such communities. Just as importantly, before anyone else, he has always spoken up for the Palestinians, the genocide that goes on today carried out by Zi0nist supremacists in Israe1, and the undeniable connection they have back here at home. In addition, he speaks of the other injustices, the countless other gen0c1des taking place to all in the name of western colonialism and capitalism.

It was only this year I found out about Dr. Ware’s campaign and lectures through my regular participation in rallies and banners drops for Palestine, no ICE, BLM, and such. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to his mantra like teachings and take part in the amazing community he has rallied up for a shared cause in social justice. It has been an amazing and thought provoking journey so far covering him locally and I will continue to follow his messages, preachings, political, social and spiritual lessons going forward ✊ #butchware #professor #freepalestine #liberation

🍊Orange County Greens proudly brought our message to the Black History and Unity Parade in Anaheim, California, February 7, 2026.

✊Black History Month reminds us that resistance was built through shared risk, collective care, and a clear understanding of who benefited from exploitation. We honor Black struggle and history by applying its lessons organizing with patience, discipline and solidarity across all oppressed people. Our campaign is rooted in the Black Revolutionary Tradition, inspired by leaders like Malcolm X and the Black Panther Party.

⚖️We are here to bring reparations and justice to all oppressed peoples who have suffered under our criminally run American empire. Descendents of enslaved Africans must be repaid for the immense cost of the trauma and labor that built our society. The institutions that continue to hoard the wealth built up by forced labor must PAY. We must also build a new system, free from our modern slavery that exists in the form of the prison industrial complex and wage slavery under capitalism.

⚒️Our strongest tool for revolution is a GENERAL STRIKE. Join the movement and help build our people power for a new system and a new age. @thegeneralstrikeus @generalstrikeorange

🕊️In collaboration with @oc_psl @peaceandfreedomca and @ca.greens, we have a whole slate of revolutionary candidates running for the upcoming elections. It’s time we get our people on the inside‼️ @lalovargas4ca @meghann4ca @frank4caschools @marjoriemikels @blendogg

7/19/24 @thedark_punkband @ The Lot

Saw The Dark almost a month ago at The Lot on City Terrace and had such a good time! Pulled up solo while recovering from an ankle injury and it was definitely worth the pain. My ankle is still not 100% and going to shows hasn't helped, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Such a fun crowd and show to shoot. Was really utilizing the double exposure feature this night since I was doing my best to save film for the next day. Shot on Kentmere 400.

Come see or buy this photo (1/10) at my photo show 'Lente Atento'' curated by @och8jos this Saturday Aug. 17th from 1-5pm! Bring your friends and family 🤓 See you there!

Super honored to be a part of such an awesome lineup for this group show alongside so many talented artists I look up to. I'll have 3 framed works displayed/for sale. You'll just have to stop by on Saturday to find out which ones! Flyer with more info is posted in my highlights!
