A challenge can emerge for both supervisee and supervisor for the supervisee to learn the craft of therapy while also bringing their unique voice and perspective to their work & supervision. Some may be hesitant to disagree with a supervisor to air their own views while others may think they have nothing to learn. The ability to both learn and be affected by supervision while also attuned and aligned with oneself can (optimally) lend to being a professional who is rooted in themselves while practicing in an ethical, clinically effective manner. I share this knowing that there are supervisors and settings that can fall short or be problematic and that some supervisees can have difficulty being open to learning and feedback.

McWilliams cites Baliant, 1948; Hanoch, 2006; Kernberg, 1996, in the passage. P. 139.

Although AMH hasn’t been too active on this account throughout the year, we have been very active with many mixing, mastering and cover art opportunities we are grateful to have brought across the finish line. Thanks to all of the artists and labels who have trusted us with your creations.

Nearly time for Camp this year!
July 10-15, five intensive days in the mountains with a group of other artists, sharing my most useful techniques and tools, as well as practical and theoretical approaches to better music making.

Last year was a real pleasure, mainly thanks to the lovely group of open-minded folks who signed up. We had a lot of fun and valuable exchanges, and I’m looking forward to doing it again. 😊

This year will be a bit special too - the Tour du France will go directly through the village on the last day 🚴‍♀️🚴🚴‍♂️

If you’re feeling spontaneous and feel like 5 days in the Pyrenees with classes, discussions, hikes, jams, cheese, wine, synths.. there’s a final few spots available.. follow the link in bio for details.. 🔗

[natalie]: I met Dylan through a mutual friend and I am so happy how this collaboration turned out - such stunning production - it was such a privilege to be part of it - Thanks for having me, friend! // I don’t dive deep on here much anymore, but I wanted to share a bit - the creation of this song landed at such an interesting point in my life - all artists experience self-doubt pretty consistently, myself very much included, it’s part of the game - but the deepness of this self-doubt I was going through at the time was so unfamiliar to me, paralyzing even. I was able to write this lyrically and melodically as a meditation for myself, and I hope that it can be that for you too. Thanks for listening!

[dylan]: I first heard Natalie sing a few years ago, and was immediately drawn to her distinctly warm and soft voice. I wrote these chords on a piano, and as they started to take shape, added a beat. I sent her this track, and she took it to a beautiful place melodically and lyrically, which aligned with the emotional color of the song. The excitement of hearing back the results of what she added was absolutely incredible. Inspired by her performance, I developed it a bit more. I feel so lucky to collaborate with nat and call her a friend. Hope you enjoy it!
