@studiofit.training had their Summer Games this morning and my coach @dejuanv convinced me to challenge myself for one of the categories and I was able to achieve a personal best since #strengthandconditioning in January, and did a 175# #deadlift 🙂.

Great benchmark that highlighted a HUGE area of opportunity for me, my grip strength ✋🏼✊🏼.

Gonna start leveling up that game and watch out 👀 winter ❄️ games….I’m coming for ya! 😁🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏼

My golden hour🌼🤎

I did my first interval class tonight at @studiofit.training with @beyondlooseskin

That was intense. My heart rate got up to 152 😳

My resting heart rate can get as low as 40.

We basically did 9 different workouts. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. Rotating between them four times.

And they got me to do a baby jump. I haven’t learned to jump again since losing all of the weight and having my total hip replacement. I’m proud of my work tonight 💪

Flex & Flow this morning at @studiofit.training

We started out with strength training, that kicked my butt in a good way, then we finished off with a Pilates session with @studiohalopilates. We were drenched at the end.

If you’re looking for a smaller gym and live in Orlando, this gym is amazing. The trainers have a true passion for what they do. I wish I lived closer to make it my regular gym.
