Some highlights from this one-night-only experience — a French and regional, home-style Chinese crossover between the chefs of @letambourtavern and @sunnyschinese.

Dinner started strong with grilled steak tartare and a smoky spring vegetable tartelette, followed by duck and pork lapcheung (@ian_ongjoco_ spent many days prepping this one), grilled lamb ribs, and rich, buttery grilled monkfish. The meal ended with a light and airy choux craqueline, a French classic, filled with salted egg yolk, white chocolate, and red yeast rice.

Petitioning for at least one of these dishes to go on the Sunnys or Tambour menu permanently.
