There comes a point when the calling has to become bigger than what you can accomplish yourself.

Ekklesía — the Greek word used in Scripture for the assembly, the called-out body — reminds us that this was never meant to be about one person. We were built to gather, grow, equip, and send others out.

The Dead Sea is dead for a reason: water flows in, but nothing flows out.

I never want that to describe my life or my coaching.

If everything I’ve learned, every lesson, every relationship, every success and every failure only benefits me, then the impact stops with me.

The bigger calling is to pour into other coaches.
Raise them up.
Equip them.
Encourage them.
Give away what took years to learn.
Help them become better leaders, better coaches, and better people.

Because when you invest in one coach, you’re not just impacting one person — you’re impacting every athlete, family, team, and community they will touch.

Receive. Pour out. Multiply.

That’s how you leave a legacy.

- More muscular (16%), but he has a ton of mass or he’d be able to get 18% (highest we’ve seen so far for 5Fly10, where 10% is lowest for elite athletes almost pure elastic)

We’ll follow up with @weckmethod ProPulse Power vest experimentation to independently assess those impacts.

On October 11th in Miami Gardens, 32 for 32 is bringing brain health education, evaluation and treatment resources directly to local NFL players during the Miami Dolphins vs. Cincinnati Bengals game.

Hosted by NFL Sisters in Service, 32 for 32 is an educational brain health initiative in partnership with the Rudi Johnson Foundation, the South Florida NFLPA Chapter and local evaluation and treatment partners.

The goal is simple: help players better understand their functional brain health and connect them with resources and treatments specific to their needs.
