Trainer Tip Tuesday: Let's talk push-ups!

Struggling with push-ups? You don't have to start on the floor!

One of the best ways to build up to a full push-up is to gradually work through different variations.

Start with a wall push-up, progress to an elevated surface like a bench, and eventually work your way toward the floor as you get stronger.

A few things to focus on along the way:

- Keep your core engaged and your body moving together.
- Control yourself on the way down.
- Choose a variation that allows you to maintain good form through each rep.

There's nothing wrong with modifying an exercise. In fact, that's often the best way to build the strength and confidence to progress!

That's something we focus on every day at Alloy. Meeting you where you're at and helping you get stronger from there.

The most semester semester I’ve had I don’t even know if that makes sense. I think we’re 7/8 completed we’ll see how the second major and addition of a minor effect my next semester. Anyways, a lot of ups and downs a lot of common theme of family and love a lot of progress has been made and to probably the worst semester of my life, but also the best thank you I love everyone who has made it to this post and who isn’t in this post because of Instagram’s 20 photo limit #collegeyears #love #timeflies
