Walking down memory lane…

2025 is coming to an end and many memories are rising up to the surface of the skin…

Positivenomad Studio in Lagoa, Ericeira was a true house of dance and growth. Countless hours of practice, movement and embodied sensory experiences have elevated me not just as a teacher and a dancer, but first and foremost as a student and a listener.

The soul of this house will forever continue to live within, inspire new dances and seed new creations.

Join us tonight for another 90 minutes of Salsa on2 (Level 3 - Intermediate) practice in Pinhal de Frades (Ericeira) private studio.

Pre-booking required by direct message.

Clearing drafts!!😊 Now this is loooooong overdue, but here we are!🥂✨

Read more about the method below, better explained by the Facilitator:
"Dynamic Releasing is a method that allows performers to develop a moving sense of self and be able to process coordination tasks with ease, giving them the freedom to add multiple layers to their work. A useful method for actors, it combines movement with a variety of tasks leading to a more adaptable and naturally creative performer."
-@dynamicreleasing 🤍

Extending a huge amount of gratitude to all those who have been and those who continue to form part of my REPARENTING JOURNEY. Makwande🤍✨🙏🏾
