This is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and find a moment of stillness.

With all the heaviness in the world right now, many of us, especially empaths, may be feeling the weight of everything going on at a deep energetic level.

It's important that you look after your wellbeing through practices that support and nourish your nervous system.

Yoga is a powerful somatic practice that regulates the nervous system, and releases tension you may not even realise you were holding.

My Hatha Flow classes incorporate somatic awareness, supporting your holistic wellbeing, with benefits for both mind and body.

I'm currently offering your first class FREE to help you get started and experience these benefits for yourself.

Big update for 2026 ✨️ In the new year I'll be making some exciting new changes:

🐨 10% from every yoga class will be donated to @wireswildliferescue to support their incredible work in rescuing and rehabilitating native wildlife. 💕

🧘‍♀️ My offerings will be moving online, to make them more accessible to the wider community.

This offers some unique benefits:

✨️You can attend a class from anywhere around Australia, or around the world. There is no travel time, making yoga easier to fit into your day.

✨️There will also be a 48hr class replay available, in case life gets in the way and you can't attend live, or if you'd like to re-do the class the next day.

✨️ live online classes mean that I can still provide variations and adjustments to support your practice. This helps you tailor your practice to what feels right for you, each time you roll out your mat.

I've put a lot of time and consideration into this decision to move online, and it is the best way to keep my offerings accessible, affordable and sustainable for the community.

I'm deeply grateful for my time at the @empowered_holistic_counselling studio space, and being part of such a wonderful community.

I'm also excited for this new chapter, and to give back to a cause I'm passionate about.

Together, we can practice the Yogic principle of Ahimsa - compassion to all sentient beings.

Together, we can raise funds to support animals in need. 🐨💕

Cleaning your house... but make it magic ✨🧹💃🏽

We’re back at the beautiful Empowered Holistic Wellness Centre, Appin for another playful & joy-sparking Sol Dance Session!

☀️ Sol Dance is more than a dance session—it’s a homecoming. It’s a place to shake off the weight of the world, remember who you are at your core, and reclaim your joy, creativity, and confidence ✨

As Marianne Williamson beautifully wrote:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.”☀️

At Sol Dance, we celebrate that light 💛 We dance to remember it 💃🏽 We gather to nurture it 🥰 And we leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected—to ourselves and each other 🤗

The space is intentionally mirror-free 🚫, so you can let go of self-judgment and just move. It’s casual, cozy, and full of laughter 😂—designed to help you feel free, silly, and fully alive. Our rule is: “the more ridiculous you feel, the better!” 😉

We truly believe healing can come through play & we can’t wait to Sol Dance with your beautiful Sol! ☀️

Let’s Play! ☀️ Let’s Dance! 💃🏽 Let’s Heal! 🫶

📅 Saturday 17th May
⏰ 8:00am – 10:00am
🎫 $30 (plus booking fees)
👯‍♀️ For women 16+
📍 5/76 Appin Rd, Appin

Want to try your first class free? 🧘‍♀️

You are one Yoga class away from a good mood. ✨️

The hardest part is getting started and showing up for yourself.

The times we least feel like rolling out our mats are the times we usually need it the most. But once you show up for yourself and prioritise your self-care, you can feel the benefits straight away.

You know that post-yoga glow, once you emerge from Savasana at the end of a yoga class?

That feeling is what I remind myself of any time I feel hesitant to roll out my mat. And each time I experience that post-yoga glow, I'm so glad that I showed up for my practice, and for myself.

Prioritise your self-care and join me for Yoga and iRest Meditation 🧘‍♀️
Your future self will thank you!

Curious about Yoga and iRest Meditation, but hesitant to take the next step and book into a class?

To help you look after your wellbeing, I'm offering a FREE trial class, so you can see if my offerings resonate with you.

Try your first class for FREE with code:
FIRST-FREE
at checkout

It can be used once per person, and applies to any of the meditation and yoga classes on my timetable.

Save this post so you can find the code again later.
