Still thinking about our whirlwind day-hike from the South rim of the Grand Canyon, to the river…and back, last month. It was a wonderful reminder of the incredible things our bodies are capable of. Being in that canyon and experiencing awe on that scale was profound. As a New Year approaches, I’m prioritizing giving my body what it needs to carry me through all the other adventures I’m dreaming of, and I’m reminding myself that my mobility, strength, and flexibility are limited resources that I am steward of. There are incredible ways to see the world that we won’t have access to forever, so let’s care for our bodies and never put off making our daydreams a reality! ☀️

We celebrated 100 Musical Mondays this week!

Sheena and I started this event back in 2012 because we love this arts community and we love bringing people together. In light of current events, I’m looking back on this day to remember that joy, connection, and optimism are as important now as they’ve ever been. And I promise to keep making connection with my whole heart and voice.

To 100 more. 🥂
