Hitting the track for the first time in 2025! 🔥

Great to have got behind the wheel of the Clio Cup GB car with @westbourne_motorsport at Brands Hatch. A solid day getting in the laps and getting to grips with the car. Big thanks to the team for the opportunity! 👊🏼

Testing, testing! 🎤

Some @msvtrackdayphotography snaps from the other month while testing with @algar_racing 🍊🧡 the day also included some hot laps, taking a few sponsors for a spin (not literally though 😅) around this iconic track 🏁

Trackdays, including hot laps, are all part of corporate partnership opportunities with Paul Bishop Racing. Although the 2024 season is nearly at an end.. preparations for 2025 are well underway, and you can be a part of it.

Feel free to contact me personally either by DM or email for more information 📧: paulbishopracing@gmail.com

Myofascial Therapy was developed by Dr. Ida Rolf as a form of bodywork that focuses on the fascial system. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body. Myofascial therapy aims to release tension and restrictions within the fascial system in order to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.

Dr. Ida Rolf developed the method of Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing, in the mid-20th century as a way to address imbalances and limitations in the fascial system. The practice involves manual manipulation of the fascia and the underlying muscles, with the goal of creating more efficient movement patterns and better alignment throughout the body.

Myofascial therapy has since been adapted and expanded upon by other practitioners and therapists, and is now used in various forms of bodywork and manual therapy. It is often used as a complementary treatment for conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and sports injuries.

Lower back pain can have many causes, including injury, strain, or a medical condition such as a herniated disc. The Quadratus Lumborum (QL) muscle is a large muscle located in the lower back that can also contribute to lower back pain if it becomes tight or injured. Stretching and strengthening exercises, as well as physical therapy, can help alleviate pain and improve the function of the QL muscle.

Massage helps realign, deep tissue fibres, relieving, pain, and therefore reducing stress.
