Yes let’s spend a day in the greenhouse on the hottest day of the year I mean of course it can only hit 105! In there and when watered one hundred and fuck off humidity. Balls are now round my ankles and in the shade sipping an iced late and applying said ice to ones dangling nutsack!!! Happy bank holiday weekend all 👍❤️🐻

A pump pic a day, keeps the iPhone storage raised. 📲😅

“Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.”
— Marcus Aurelius

Marcus Aurelius wasn’t writing from comfort.
He ruled during war, plague, and personal loss.
His philosophy wasn’t about thinking better thoughts.
It was about doing the work anyway.

No applause. No shortcuts. Just discipline under pressure.

⸻

💪 Pump Check

This pump is temporary.
The work behind it isn’t.

It’s the byproduct of showing up when motivation is quiet
and effort is the only thing speaking.

Some days feel electric.
Some days feel heavy.
Both still move you forward.

⸻

🧀 Cheese Fact (@cheese.energy ❤️)
Resistance training increases blood flow and neural activation, improving short-term strength and mind-muscle connection. When you’re present and intentional, performance follows.

⸻

🧈 Butter Tip (@butterchops_)
Don’t chase the pump. Chase the habits that create it. The mirror always catches up.

💘 Butter & Cheese Reflections
If results stopped showing instantly…
would your discipline stay the same?

Dodgers win!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I’ve had this Barbie for at least five years. When the Dodgers intergrated baseball with Jackie Robinson they gained my daddy as a lifelong fan. So, when I got this Barbie it was to serve as a symbol of my amazing daddy. 🤎

He would be so happy they won the World Series. Miss him (10.29.23) ⚾️💙🥹

January was a very busy month for us!

We kicked off the month by sending Brother Dorian to Vredenburgh Presidents Academy to converse with fellow Theta Xi chapter presidents around the nation.

At the same time, Brothers Jordan & Ben went to our Rising Stars Academy to hone their skills on how to be future leaders not just of our fraternity, but for their communities as a whole.

Over the past 2 weeks we also added 5 new associate members into our ranks as our Delta Chi pledge class. Good luck to these gentlemen as we hope to give them a new home in the ranks of our chapter.

And lastly, over the past weekend Brothers Isaac, Collin, DeShaune & Vy went to our Newell Officer Academy hosted at THE Ohio State University to learn more about their officer positions in hopes to bring that knowledge back to Lenoir Rhyne and apply what they learned here at our campus.
