The Princess of Wales, Patron of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), paid a visit to The Treehouse children’s hospice in Ipswich, which was opened in March 2012. Her Royal Highness first visited the site of The Treehouse’s new expansion project 👶

The Princess then saw the development in progress, with completion expected in Spring 2028. She also met with some of the children and families receiving care and support at The Treehouse 🩷

Afterwards, the Princess spent time with the buyers and was shown how to value donated clothes before they go on sale during a visit to East Anglia's Children's Hospices' (EACH) shop 🛍

Cafe 98, run by East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), is the charity's first and only cafe, forming part of EACH's fundraising operation and serving as a community hub for local residents ✨️

Wonderful to visit The Treehouse in Ipswich and see the extraordinary care provided by East Anglia’s Children Hospices.

The Treehouse provides a space where children can simply be children, and where families can spend meaningful time together, make precious memories and find moments of joy. A wholesome morning meeting some of the children, families, staff and volunteers and hearing how EACH supports families through every stage of their journey.

We produced a film to bring EACH’s new five-year care strategy to life, sharing how the charity plans to grow and support even more families through to 2031.

We spoke with EACH’s Chief Executive and Director of Care, as well as a bereaved father whose three-year-old son received care at The Treehouse in Ipswich.

We captured one of the amazing Treetots sensory classes at The Treehouse, hearing from the class teacher and a parent about what the sessions mean to the children and families who attend.

The film was also shown at the Regent Theatre ahead of the annual Happy Christmas Ipswich show, helping encourage donations from the audience.

It was a privilege to attend and film this brilliant annual event in support of EACH.

Produced by @griffrhysjones the show brings together well-known comedians and local performers at the Regent Theatre to raise money for the charity.

This year, we chose EACH as the charity partner for our annual Blankspace Golf Day.

Together with everyone who attended, we raised just over £4,000, while giving EACH the opportunity to share more about the incredible work they do with our guests.

Our content hasn’t just been through video.

We’ve also captured a range of photography for EACH to use across their website, social media and press coverage, helping them continue to tell the stories behind their work.

And we’re only getting started. 💜

We’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve created together so far and look forward to continuing to use what we do best to support the amazing work EACH does.

We don't gate-keep here...

My favourite charity shops are Each on Unthank Road and Age UK on Wroxham Roads. I have had some AMAZING finds at these shops over the years, many of which are now my wardrobe staples!

I always try to shop sustainably and second-hand where I can. I hadn't explored these for a while and I had been itching to have a rummage around. I wasn't disappointed!

**Good run today — treadmill 5K, training the body in a few different ways.**
Float pace for the recoveries, push pace for 3-minute blocks, with 90-second “full send” efforts layered in. Gentle floats, no switching off.

Still came in **under 25 minutes** for the 5K — but the real win was practicing gear changes while staying controlled.
