“But I’m worried they’ll get hurt or stunt their growth.”

- Quote from every parent, ever.

With the new culture of youth sports, and club travel teams - the art of preparation is being overpowered by the demand of competition.

Our youth program at OAKFIT is LONG TERM, DEVELOPMENT program.

We are here to educate athletes on how to train the right way, and give them the individualized plan and attention they need to succeed on and off the field.

Almost every athlete in this video has been with us for over a year, some even close to 3 years…

Contact us to learn more about our program for youth athletes.

Decision-Making

Anticipating slides.
Reading defenses.
Handling pressure.

As our kids equip themselves to win more matchups, we need to prepare them for what happens afterwards. My analogy - we want NFL QBs, not recess QBs. We want a process of reads, an idea of where to look based off where slides and fills are likely to occur.

A good place to start? Get your eyes up, get your stick up. You’re either gonna need to move the ball or hold the slide (if you aren’t shooting immediately).

Patient Spotlight: Nam Do 💪

Knee pain shouldn’t keep you from doing what you love. At Kintrol, we focus on identifying movement limitations, rebuilding strength, and improving function so our patients can get back to moving with confidence.

Every recovery is different, and our goal is to bridge the gap between pain relief and long-term performance.

Rehab that translates to the real world. ⛳️💪

After a hamstring tear, recovery is about more than restoring strength — it’s about preparing the body to handle the demands of sport again.

By incorporating our golf simulator into her rehab, we can progressively reintroduce golf-specific movements, rotational control, weight transfer, and dynamic stability in a controlled environment.

At Kintrol, we bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance to help athletes build confidence and get back to doing what they love.

🦶 Ankle sprain? Recovery is more than just rest.

Shockwave therapy can be used as part of a comprehensive rehab plan to help manage pain and support recovery while we work on restoring ankle mobility, strength, and stability.

At Kintrol, we combine the right tools with progressive loading to help you get back on your feet and back to performance. 💪

REHAB. RECOVER. PERFORM.
