In this upside down & overwhelmed world,
So many of us are constantly;
rushing,
thinking,
scrolling,
surviving.

But the body does not heal well
through pressure and panic.

Sometimes healing looks like:

Slowing down.
Eating nourishing food.
Drinking water.
Resting.
Laughing again.
Playing.
Breathing deeply.
Feeling the sun on your skin,
the breeze on your face,
the ground beneath your feet.

As a somatic reprocessing healer,
I work patients through the mind-body connection, helping people heal their nervous system,
their senses,
their breath,
their body,
and themselves.

Weekly Personalised Online Guided Somatic Exercises & Guided Meditation , Online Talk Therapy, Bespoke Affirmations & Daily Support in your own personalised Wellness Dropbox.

Small steps matter.

Because healing is not always
one huge breakthrough.

Sometimes it is simply
choosing to keep going,
one gentle step at a time.

Just keep going.
Everything will be okay.

You don’t need to fix everything today. You just need to listen to your body in this moment and understand what it needs. 👂

After all , your body is the reason you’re alive. It stores every experience you’ve had , every thought in your mind , every emotion you’ve ever felt . ❤️

It works tirelessly to keep you happy and healthy. Yet we ignore it and push it to its limit by lack of listening or understanding . 🫩😰

Is it any wonder it gets pissed off and breaks down, hurts us and causes us to listen by giving us pain and suffering? You would too if someone would ignored you and pushed you too hard!😠

All your body wants needs to be heard, seen, understood and taken care of like it’s the main character. ⭐️

With somatic healing, we Learn simple and effective techniques in alignment with nature and your own body for better health and wellness. 🌿

Finally! The Sun is back. Spring is here!

Where are you in the world? Do you have 4 seasons as us, in the very far north of Scandinavia?

The longing for SUN and EARTH CONTACT is insane in the end of March...

Today, grounding in the Baltic Sea below my studio is gonna feel soooo easy, might even dry in the warm wind and sun! Feels absolutely AMAZING!

Where and how are you Earthing today?!
