This class is about learning how to feel, assess and support the tissue while understanding the physiology underneath it — including lymphatic flow, breast health, engorgement, inflammation and the breastfeeding dyad.

Volume up for @emoryhall (aka who I want to fall asleep to for the rest of my life) 😴

The mothers. The ones who have gone before and are yet to come. I feel them. I feel you.

One of the most healing and transformational experiences of my life was a one on one ancestry healing session with @sacredancestry & @iamtoriefeldman . Standing face to face with my ancestors- the embrace- the love- the rewriting of traumas- the freedom, finally for them and now for me.

What a gift motherhood is when you let it rearrange and alchemize every single part of you- closer and closer and closer to the you you’re meant to become (or maybe the you that was there along- just hiding, just surviving).

To get to walk alongside our children as they live and breathe and grow as the freest, truest, most sovereign versions of themselves. While also walking ourselves back home- to our heart space, to our intuition, to our power, to our soul.

A grand raising.
A repeat cesarean was scheduled for 7:30am on July 24th—but as fate would have it, my water broke at 4am.

This time, Sam and I carried the weight of our past experience. While this birth brought its own challenges, we felt more prepared and grounded. Having both my doula, Krista, and Sam by my side in the OR- and both sets of grandparents in town- was a healing shift from our last experience. One I’ll never take for granted.

At the recommendation of my OB, I created a playlist.

Lennox John Cauthorn made his debut to Voodoo Child on 7.24.25 🌙 a new moon in Leo 🦁 at 8:18am.

His arrival was powerful, humbling, and deeply transformative.
Birth reminds me, once again, that in order to fully receive, you must first let go.

We’re home now, letting time slow down and honoring this new beginning.
Thank you for holding space for us as we rest, heal, and fall in love all over again. 💛
