Deep down, I know I am not just teaching them drills.

I’m helping shape their identity.
I’m teaching them a way of being.
To think for themselves.
To do hard things.
To stay calm under pressure.
To understand that confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you earn.

I have no idea what they’ll choose to pursue one day, and honestly, that’s not what matters most to me.

What matters is that whatever they choose, they know how to approach it like a professional.

With discipline. Curiosity. Humility. Craftsmanship. Like an artist who falls in love with the process.

It’s taking me a bit, but I am about to dive into the hardest coaching job there is, coaching my own kids.

Pray for me. 😂😂😂

This dad thing is pretty amazing.

Shout out to all the parents who are leaning in all the way. The world needs more of you. 🙏🙏

Happy Birthday, Eason! 🎉

You build beautiful homes, incredible communities, and lifelong friendships…AND somehow still manage to have great hair! 😂

Thankful for your friendship & the example you set every day. Hard-working, loyal, family-first, & one of the most genuine guys I know.

Hope today is filled with family, fun, and no one calling with “can I ask you a quick question.” 😉

Have the best day ever…..you’ve earned it!

Construction is human, and that’s why we love it.

This week, we sat down with Eason Maykus of @maykushomes to talk about family business, the people who helped shape his career and why passing knowledge on matters. Whether it’s encouraging someone to join the trades or helping women find their place in the industry, mentorship leaves a lasting impact.

Available on YouTube and wherever you listen to podcasts.

Thank you to our June sponsor, Universal Screens.

What does it take to build a legacy? This week, third-generation builder (or fourth, depending on who you ask!), Eason Maykus of Maykus Homes joins Teresa and Xanica to talk about family business, hard work and the values that stand the test of time.

As part of our Men Who Mentor series, Eason shares how strong leadership, mentorship and a commitment to doing things the right way help create opportunities for the next generation, including women entering the construction industry.

To every high performer who wants to hit that next level..

You don’t need another vacation. You need a reset.

Most high performers aren’t burned out…they’re misaligned. Low energy. Scattered focus. Inconsistent execution.

The Liv Rare Reset is a luxury performance retreat built for men and women who want to operate at a higher level.

Inside the experience:
• Advanced labs + physician-led analysis
• Personalized high-performance plan + protocols
• Regenerative therapy + recovery systems
• Elite training and coaching
• Nervous system reset (breathwork, environment, recovery)
• Chef-led meals designed for longevity and performance
• 5-star, oceanfront environment built for clarity

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about rebuilding the system that drives your energy, focus, and results.

Limited spots. Private. High standard.

Comment “RESET” and I’ll personally reach out with details.
