POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last year I had the privilege of capturing Angela and Westy's relationship. After the whirlwind of grad school, I was finally able to put together the edit of what I shot!

A little love story captured through my lens. Thanks for being amazing models!

And for the Season 25/26 Finale: Frida by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa.
It was an honor to teach sections of this ballet that are so wonderfully made to share Frida’s difficult life. There is such strength and beauty in this story.

Thank you @annabellelopezochoa for the insight given into your choreography and for giving our dancers the confidence to perform its roles.
I had great friends come to support the show, including @gregoryglade who traveled to see it! And my mom who also got to be here for Mother’s Day 🫶💕

In celebration of World Piano Day, we sat down with Company Pianist Western-Li Summerton, who will perform live on stage for Yuri Possokhov’s world premiere, Dunayevsky Pas de Deux as part of Golden Hour.

From sweeping, lyrical moments to fiery, technical passages, Isaak Dunayevsky’s music brings a powerful emotional range that challenges both musician and dancer. With live piano accompaniment, every performance becomes a real-time collaboration—shaped by movement, breath, and connection on stage.

“Each dancer is nuanced… I examine how the music can support those nuances and their choreographic needs.”

Experience that connection for yourself during Golden Hour, featuring works by Yuri Possokhov, Claudia Schreier, Val Caniparoli, and Christopher Wheeldon.

📍 April 3–5, 2026 at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre
