A little “see you soon” to our lovely @easylivingyoga 🤍

As The Studio’s very first instructor, Jenny will always be such a big part of our story. She’s been with us from the very beginning, helping us create the warm, welcoming community that The Studio has become.

Jenny is now taking a little break from teaching, and we just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything she’s brought to The Studio so far — the classes, the energy and all the lovely people she’s welcomed onto the mat.

We hope you enjoy every minute of your time away 💫

This definitely isn’t goodbye — we’ll be keeping your spot on the mat warm and can’t wait to welcome you back when the time is right.

See you soon girl ✨

Week one complete.

The founding members. The energy. The moments in between.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it.

If you’ve been in… you know.

And if you haven’t yet, this is your sign. ♾️

A new kind of space has arrived in Ruddington 🪴

A place to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
Where phones are off, the outside world fades away, and you can reconnect — with yourself and with others.

This is more than a studio. It’s a safe space for our village.
A moment of calm in a busy world.

Come as you are. Move mindfully. Leave feeling lighter ✨

Yoga & Brunch!!

Today we hosted a yoga & brunch morning at The Frameworks Knitters Museum.

Led by Jenny at Easy Living Yoga, we enjoyed a spring practice focused on loosening our hips and stretching our lower bodies. This was perfect after weeks of marathon training!

We finished off with some delicious pastries and coffee from Philos in Ruddington.

A huge thank you to all of the amazing companies who donated to the goodie bags, these were a lovely addition.

And lastly thank you to everyone who came along and supported us!!
