I look forward for his each day. Who says eating healthy has to be boring. There are many reasons why I am happy with finding @eat_like_ruby ….this bowl is one of them.

This is a meal plan I did today for one of my gals competing at Turf Engine at the Goldy next Friday night 🏋🏾‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
We were able to whip this up pretty easily because this client has done multiple turf games and Hyrox, and she has wicked day-to-day nutrition habits 🙌🏾
The breakky and lunch here are some of her go-to meals she had all the time, and the we subbed out some of her normal high protein snacks, for some higher carb ones, especially as she gets closer to comp time 👌🏾

Race week for @trainwithsen & we’re coming in hawwwwt 🏃🏼‍♀️😎🔥

Sen eats high carb & high fibre literally errrrry day (we’re talking 400+ grams of carbs, and up in the 50g range with fibre!) so with previous carb loads, we’ve gone slightly higher fibre than we typically would, as we know she tolerates it well.
We decided to go lower fibre for this event, however, as last race she did experience some discomfort, and while we don’t think the fibre was the main cause (side note - we’ve done some serious gut conditioning over the last 6 weeks to address what we do think caused it 🔥) there’s also no real upside to keeping that high fibre dessert in a carb load day. We’d rather play it safe, remove any possible triggers, and be in the best position to get after it on race day 🙌🏽

Sports nutrition is rarely “set and forget”… It continuously needs adapting and refining to suit the individual, where they’re currently at, and what training, events & goals are in place at the time 🏃🏼‍♀️

This time last week, we ran 100K! What a day. So bloody happy I got to tick this one off! 🫶🏾

Doing hard things is hard, but it’s fucking rewarding as hell when you get to see all the work pay off.

Massive shoutout to everyone who came up to watch and even do a few laps with me. It meant so much having you there!

And a HUGE shoutout to @harrisonkerr1 . Even while he was on holidays, he was messaging me all day so I could hear something through my headphones. I was so grateful for this legend 🫶🏾

And as I always say, I wouldn’t have been able to do this without @lachlanstuartpt — all the time he put into programming, the chats, and everything that went into getting me ready.

And definitely the best wife @eat_like_ruby ❤️ 15 hours spent dealing with me and getting all my food ready. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you love youuu ❤️❤️❤️❤️
