And let me tell you, it doesn’t last long here in our house 👀 Obviously have to make soup when the air feels crisper and the scenery becomes colorful 🍂 Making at least one recipe with pumpkin in the fall and no better way than to add it to your breakfast and make it feel like a treat 🧡 Perfect for those cozy night in ☁️🧸 When two of my favorite baked goods meet 🤝🏻🤎

This is the perfect salted caramel peanut butter cookie recipe, and best of all- it’s vegan! 🌱✨ @eatfatso is the perfect addition to any recipe and I love how they have other delicious flavours like maple and cinnamon 🥜😍 with ingredients like chia and ground flax seeds, this peanut butter is definitely a must try 🤩 Ingredients: ½ cup FATSO salted caramel peanut butter ¼ cup vegan butter, softened ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup all purpose flour ½ tsp baking soda 1 to 2 tbsp plant milk, if needed Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Cream together the softened vegan butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar. 3. Mix in the vanilla. 4. Add flour and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms. If it’s too crumbly, add 1 tbsp plant milk. 5. Roll and place on a lined baking sheet. 6. Flatten each cookie with a fork in a crisscross pattern. 7. Bake for 10–14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes. They’ll firm up as they cool, and that’s it! 👩🏻‍🍳🫶🏼 💌 save for next time you’re craving something sweet! #veganrecipes #plantbasedrecipes #vegancookies #cookwithme #peanutbuttercookies
