Based on popular demand.
So, I automatically became a tutor/mentor to the countless Architecture students I encountered during my case study visits to 41 Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria (Polytechnics, Federal, State, & Private Universities) and I’m FINALLY doing this Instagram live tutorial so that more Archy students can benefit from the sessions. Like I reiterated in my book (This Poem Called Architecture), all the failures, torture, and frustrations in Architecture are avoidable and unnecessary and that is why I have designed this IG live to help you - my darling ArchyStudent, maneuver the pressure, build confidence, gain core values, and master extracurricular work ethics & skillset that will help scale your talent and succeed both in school and life generally.

Send this to any Archy Student or Archy Group chat you know.

Click the link below in my bio to fill the question box if you have any problems/topics you want me to address during the sessions.

Thank God for the successful virtual Art Exhibition.
Title: Talent Monetization
Size: 20 by 24 inches
Medium: Charcoal pencil and pastel

The body of work you see responds to the theme "No Hunger"
as one of sustainable development goals.
Through this work, I explore hunger not only as a lack of food, but as a broader absence of opportunity, and lack of access to a better life, inviting us to reflect on collective responsibility and sustainable solutions.
Poverty they said is a mindset. As creatives the first approach to becoming a successful person is having the right mindset (positive mindset) that is
1. focused on growth
2. see challenges as opportunity
3. embrace risk
4. Keep learning and innovating.
And after this has been done, it doesn't just end there.
We need to build a system (structure) around our skill, talent and creative industry which the pot represents and the pot stand which represents the structure and allows people to collaborate, share ideas and invest in our creativity having in mind that their input won't collapse under a well built system over time.
Breaking it down on how cooking functions, if there is no pot stand for the fire woods to be arranged, the fire will quench within a short period of time, in other words for the firewood to have effect on the pot, a pot stand is required.
And only then can the input yield income which the 1000 naira notes coming out from the pot represents.
And the income can then give us a better life, that even when we can no longer function as a person our system keeps it working and generating income.
Now how has our creativity, skill and talent eradicate hunger?
1 Giving us access to a better life
2 Creating employment opportunity through the structure we built.

One of the most powerful attributes of Music is that it speaks even without words. Amazing, right?

Having Sir Duke Asidere on the Bank Of Dreams is an absolute “Dream Come True” - no pun intended. Despite his status and wealth of experince, he still remains one of the simplest creative I have ever met - he is always ready to mentor, teach, uplift, and encourage. He always goes above and beyond when ever he appears so if you attend his session be rest assured that you will learn alot more than what is stated on the flyer.

Don’t Miss this session!

In the just concluded 7th Bank of Dreams Masterclass with Dr. Zulfikar Adamu (aka Dr. Zed) he said something very profound: “Tech will not take away your job as a Creative in Fashion, Architecture, & Arts); rather, Creatives who know tech will take your job if you don’t level up”. And that’s why this Masterclass is so timely. We have put together a team of Creatives who have succeeded in riding the tech-wave and they will be sharing their wealth of knowledge with us on the 31st of January.
Check the comment section to learn more about the speakers.
