I thought I knew the story of the Mahabharata… until I read it through Draupadi’s eyes. 🌸🔥

The Palace of Illusions made me step into a world of queens, warriors, love, pride, betrayal, destiny, and choices that changed the course of history. 👑⚔️

But what stayed with me wasn’t just the grandeur of the palace or the battles—it was Draupadi herself. A woman who was often spoken about by others, but rarely allowed to tell her own story.

Her strength, her anger, her desires, her questions, her vulnerabilities… all of it made her feel incredibly human. ❤️‍🔥

There were moments when I admired her. Moments when I questioned her choices. And moments when I simply wanted to understand the woman behind the legend. 🌙

The book reminded me that every story has more than one perspective. Sometimes, the person standing quietly in the background has the most powerful story to tell. ✨

A beautifully imagined retelling that made me look at a familiar epic through completely different eyes. 📚🤍

📖✨ BOOK REVIEW: MEN ARE FROM MARS, WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS ✨

Have you ever had a conversation with someone and thought, “How did you not understand what I was trying to say?” 😭😂

That’s exactly why this book caught my attention.

John Gray takes us into the fascinating world of relationships and explains how men and women can sometimes communicate, process emotions, and respond to problems very differently. 🌙🪐

While reading, I found myself thinking about so many little misunderstandings we experience in relationships—when one person wants a solution, while the other simply wants to be heard. When one person needs space, while the other interprets it as distance. 💭❤️

The biggest lesson I took from this book is that different doesn't necessarily mean wrong. Sometimes, understanding someone means accepting that they may express love, stress, emotions, and support differently than we do. 🌷

It’s not a book about choosing men vs. women. It’s about learning to communicate better, understand differences, and meet each other with a little more patience. 🤍

Some ideas may feel a little generalized or dated today, but the conversations it starts are still interesting and worth thinking about. 📚✨

🌸✨KING OF PRIDE✨🌸

This book was absolutely incredible, a total new favorite! 💖

From the very first moments, I was obsessed with the interactions between Isabella and Kai. There was something so fresh and natural about them that I instantly became addicted to this story.

I really loved Isabella as a character because I could relate to some of her doubts and insecurities. The narrator did an AMAZING job bringing her to life, I felt every single emotion along with her, and it was just perfect 🥹💕

And Kai… what can I even say? He is THE book boyfriend of the year for me. He officially takes the top spot in my heart 🤭 I loved his personality, his confidence, and yes… even his arrogance.

The way their relationship developed gave me actual butterflies 😍🌸

Seeing Alex again made me so happy 🙈 At this point, Alex, Rhys, and Kai are the three men from @authoranahuang ‘s universe who completely own my heart.

And am I dreaming, or is Christian EVERYWHERE? 😂😂

I cannot wait to read King of Creed 👀🔥
