My aura is STILL buzzing from Inevitable Live. 🥹💞 And I swear you can FEEL the energy through these candid photos. Just look at how heart open these women are. Some of the most beautiful feedback we received was about how genuinely everyone showed up to CONNECT. Not to turn the event into a content photoshoot. Not to collect business cards or see what they could get out of the room. But to actually SEE each other. Pour into each other. Celebrate each other. Have REAL conversations about business, life, leadership, and all the things we carry as women building big, beautiful things. And listen, these were women building six and seven figure businesses. Women doing extraordinary things in their industries. And there was so much humility, generosity, and genuine LOVE in that room. Because you can be wildly successful, ambitious as hell, and STILL want to see every woman around you win. THAT is the kind of business community I want to keep creating. Where collaboration is the norm, where we normalize massive dreams, and where you don’t have to shrink yourself to belong. I am so incredibly proud of what we created together. And we’re doing it ALL AGAIN in 2027. 🥂 Tickets for Inevitable Live 2027 are officially on sale, and I would LOVE to have you in the room. Grab your ticket at the link in my bio.

We’re finally back with a solo episode! 🎙️Kailee + Tina are catching up and reflecting on everything that has happened including Inevitable Live! In this episode, we’re pulling back the curtain on what it took to prepare for and co-host Inevitable Live, recapping the experience, and diving deeper into one of the biggest conversations to come out of the event together: Tina’s keynote, The Capacity Advantage. We’re talking about: ✨ What capacity actually means in your everyday life and business ✨ Why your capacity is constantly changing and fluctuating ✨ How your capacity can expand as you grow - but why it also has limits ✨ The difference between having the capacity to do something and simply forcing yourself to do it ✨ Kailee’s personal experience with overworking and struggling to recognize her own limits ✨ How to become more aware of what your business is asking from you ✨ What sustainable growth can look like when you stop measuring success by how much you can handle Because sometimes the next level of your business doesn’t require you to do more. It requires you to understand what you can actually hold and give yourself permission to operate from there. After months of planning, hosting, and experiencing Inevitable Live, this conversation feels like the perfect reflection on what it means to grow without burning yourself out in the process.

TWO DAYS. That’s it. 🥂 (Comment DENVER for details) Two days left to decide that you’re getting in the room. Because I can tell you about the speakers, the masterminding, the breakout sessions, the conversations around visibility, storytelling, brand deals, community, partnerships, and building bigger businesses. But what I can’t predict is the woman you’re going to sit next to. The conversation over coffee that turns into a collaboration. The introduction that puts your name in a room you weren’t in yet. The idea that clicks halfway through a keynote and changes how you move for the next year. Or the version of you that walks out of the room at the end of the day. Almost 50 women, including our incredible speakers, are already coming together for Inevitable Live in Denver. Women building brands. Women building wealth. Women with BIG ideas. Women who actually want to pour into each other. And if you’ve been watching, thinking about it, checking flights, figuring out childcare, or waiting for a sign... Hi. This is it. 😂 Tickets close FRIDAY. Comment DENVER and I’ll send you the link, or grab yours through the link in my bio.

We’re bringing the cart to @aubriannakay’s Inevitable Live on September 17 at @claytondenver. Mama Lau’s is the beverage sponsor, and this is your sign to come.

Find tickets through @aubriannakay, head to her page. What we’re pouring: lychee matcha latte, shaken lychee jasmine green tea cloud, cà phê sữa đá (Vietnamese iced coffee, phin-dripped the real way), and the Mont Blanc, orange cold brew with a salted vanilla cream cloud.

Caffeine-free? We’ve got you, just ask about our osmanthus or hibiscus swaps. Even better in person.

Inevitable Live is an intimate, high-energy day for women entrepreneurs, and as Aubrianna puts it, this event isn't just for the girls, but the gays and theys as well. Which is exactly our kind of room.

See you there. Come thirsty.

Made with L❤u, always

What happens when you realize your business needs to evolve but you’re not quite sure what that next version looks like? This week on Branded & Booked, Kailee and Tina sit down with Chelsea Davis @heychelseadavis, fractional brand and business strategist for the girls and gays, to talk about the evolution of both your brand and yourself as a business owner. With 20 years of experience in design and a recent pivot into strategy, Chelsea shares how her own journey has shaped the way she works with clients, including taking the time to truly listen to their stories, goals, personalities, and needs before jumping into the visuals. And because building a business is about so much more than what happens on your laptop, we also dive into the mental and emotional side of entrepreneurship. In this episode, we talk about: ✨ Evolving from designer into a brand and business strategist ✨ Why listening to your clients should come before creating their brand ✨ Building a brand that actually reflects the person behind the business ✨ The importance of boundaries and protecting your mental health as a business owner ✨ Navigating the balance between ambition, work, and your personal life ✨ What happens when you start shifting the way you work and your business evolves with you ✨ Why strategy can be just as transformative as the visual side of branding This conversation is a reminder that your brand should feel like an extension of you and not a costume you’re putting on to look like a “successful” business. And sometimes, the biggest evolution in your business starts with simply giving yourself permission to do things differently. Plus, we’re getting excited for Inevitable Live in Denver, where we’ll all be together IRL! 💫 🎧 Listen to the full episode wherever you get your podcasts.

I sat down with Ana Lilia (@_ana_lilia ) to talk about the soul behind Inevitable Live, and this conversation captures exactly why I’m creating this event differently. There is no gatekeeping here. I don’t want you coming to Inevitable Live, taking a bunch of notes, having a few fresh perspectives, getting inspired for 48 hours, and then going home with nothing actually changed. I want you to leave with PEOPLE, a sense of COMMUNITY. Women you collaborate with. Women you refer business to. Women who refer business to you. Women who become clients, friends, creative partners, podcast guests, collaborators, and the people you text six months from now because something she said at lunch completely changed the way you see your business. So many events are designed around making the founder look good. The perfect stage. The perfect speakers. Everyone looking toward the front of the room. Inevitable Live is designed to turn you toward each other. Yes, you’re going to learn. Yes, you’re going to be expanded. Yes, there are incredible women pouring into you from the stage. But the real magic is in the cross-pollination. Who do you need to meet?
Whose work complements yours?
Who has a connection that opens a door for you, and what door can you open for her?
What happens when we stop gatekeeping our relationships, resources, ideas, and opportunities and actually build together? That’s the soul of Inevitable Live. Real community. Real relationships. Women genuinely invested in seeing other women fucking win. September 17th in Denver. Come for the conversations happening on stage. Leave with an entire community around you. Your success is inevitable. 💋 Comment Denver for more details

I am SO excited to introduce another one of our incredible Inevitable Live speakers, Lauren Buckner. (@laurenbuckner_ ) Lauren is a business attorney, strategist, speaker, and founder of Buckner Consulting, and she is bringing a conversation to this stage that I think every woman building a big business needs to hear. POWER & PERMISSION: How women under-negotiate, under-protect, and under-pivot their way out of growth. Because building the next level of your business isn’t only about making more money. It’s about knowing how to advocate for yourself. How to negotiate from your power. How to protect what you’ve worked your ass off to build. And how to make the pivots your business is asking of you instead of staying loyal to what no longer fits. Lauren has nearly two decades of experience across law, business strategy, and entrepreneurship, and I cannot WAIT for her to pour into this room. This is exactly why I created Inevitable Live. Not surface-level business conversations. Not another networking event where you exchange Instagram handles and go home. Real conversations with women who are actually building, leading, negotiating, protecting, expanding, and becoming the women capable of holding what they say they want. September 17th + 18th. Denver, Colorado. Comment DENVER for details
