Our cooperative school is an offering to Earth💧🌏🌱

PREORDER my book to requite and/or return NOW! 💕 on my website jnylamcneill dot com slash book!

This has been 10 years in the making. The oldest poem in this book I wrote at 15.

to requite and/or return isn’t a typical dissertation. It’s a constellation of invitations to feel, remember, and imagine life otherwise. The poetry and prose in this retrospective book span the various ways I’ve been in relationship with: friends, frenemies, lovers, land, Spirit, lineage, illness, community, institutions, self.

I started crowdfunding toward my DIY PhD and dissertation all the way back in 2018. It’s been such an incredible journey since.

Celebrate with me and secure a copy by preordering today. 💐

Thanking @saritadoe for editing and all the inspiration over the years. Thanking all the folks whose memories exist in the book, to the roses in my front yard, to the Earth for getting us to slow down and care for each other. Thanking my chosen folks and everyone who kept this dream alive!!

$Constellations of Connection + Penetrating the Universal Veil: Mystic Ceremonies for Communal Activation I’m so excited to finally announce that I am part of the beautifully curated mindfulness team at Honcho Campout 2026! I will be presenting two sessions, titles above, on Thursday 8/13 10:30pm-midnight and Saturday 8/15 10-11:30am. In a time where we’re feeling increasingly fractured and atomized, it feels prescient to elevate reflections on communal activation from the individual self to universal oneness. We’re all unique notes playing in the cosmic orchestra: how do you want to strum your string? ✨ Since 2022, I have been attending Honcho Campout and diving head first into transformational offerings at the Circle of Whispers. I’ve experienced profound magic, broken through my shell, met some of my dearest friends and mentors, and bent space and time in this circle. The impact this space has made on my life has been both outwardly expressed and also in small tweaks to the fibers of my being deep beneath the surface. I feel so blessed at the opportunity to bring my energy to the space, and to hopefully make a positive impact on the collective. Thank you to @honchopgh and @giustinaeaston for the amazing opportunity to bring the work I’ve been focused on for the past year in life, on the astral plane, and at @ecocene.school to this sacred space in just a few days. I hope to see you there, and if not, know I’ll be carrying your energy with me 💜$
