Last night session was a madness

Speed intervals plus inclined climbs yeaaaaaaah..both groups put in a shift.

But more inhouse score board has to go to the first group for the intensity I didn't even get round to take pics but they put in a shift. The energy for the 2nd class was definitely a vibe.

We go again Thursday lunch and evening. Don't miss it. @fitnessfirst_uk_official

People are always like “oh my god” when they are introduced to the wall! Everyone always ends up loving it!

It’s one of the activities we do quite early on to encourage team building and bonding. It never fails to deliver.

No matter your age, weight or ability it’s achievable by everyone and you will be surprised at how great you feel at the end!

One thing bootcampers always underestimate is how many friendships they make at camp!

Going through this unique experience together always has you build awesome relationships with each other. You always feel like family.

Ever single week we get asked, “James this must be the best group you have ever had?”. Honestly, until clients come back again they never understand that every single week a special family is created.

It creates an awesome support system and helps everyone get the most out of their week!

Here are some pictures clients took themselves!

Bootcamp will always be a special place

Check out our clients on our climbing wall. Part of the many activities you will do at bootcamp.

There are 4 walls to try with 2 being a little easier to help build confidence

We are all about creating the complete experience at Xtreme!

The first set of bootcamps has now come to an end and what an experience we have had! It’s great to see so many clients really happy and ready to go home to crack on with their health and fitness!

Bootcampers experienced a huge variety of training and also educated on they need to never have to diets or do “silly” things again.

Thank you for everyone who came and keep smashing the progress, until next time!

One day, two years ago: Cycling London with Libby, Anna & Kate’s Kayaking the Continent send-off, and Lindsey’s first of many many many proper cold water swims. A day of rivers and lakes and green and blue and joy.

Humans were designed to connect with one another and to belong to a community. My experience in jail and isolation I understand the true value of human connection . My mission in prison was to form a group of people where we could stay positive in such a negative environment through fitness. I get to continue this mission through virtual means one way or another no bullshit excuses let’s get it done!
