The new year means the start of an exciting series on my own journey into retrofitting an existing home to improve its energy efficiency. I bought the place just before the pandemic and have experienced all sorts of delays and problems getting to this point.

But I'm excited to share it with you, both the wins and losses, mistakes and successes.

Please ask any questions, and I'll try my best to answer them. Anyone based in the UK about to start a similar journey can DM me for details on suppliers and tradesmen I used.

If anyone from the UK is interested in free hot water go to www.heata.co and sign up for one year trail. 🌡️

Computers and data-centers generate heat so instead of wasting the heat. Heata will capture this waste heat and with their patented thermal bridge device will heat the hot water cylinder. Providing 80% of your hot water needs roughly £200 a year free energy. Impressively each unit would save 1 tonne of CO2 a year

Heata have got British Gas approval. involves no pumping and easy to install. Go to their web site for further information.

There will be a more detail video from YouTube Everything Electric Show in 2023. So subscribe with them

Wow! Thank you @ecotechstuff for the 🌵 🌵🌵 love!!

We said YES to developing this cactus line during the pandemic, an unsure time for all businesses but we are so thankful we did and are able to bring this sustainable fashion to life.

Thank you again @ecotechstuff for shining a light on emerging brands like ours!
