Not the regular trail conditions this evening for July. But great to be out, with lots of smiles.

Sticking to the rocky stuff, it was wet but had lots of grip.

Happy Birthday To Us!! 34 years ago today, the Illustrious @peternisbet7 started manufacturing Windsurfing components from his garage. Some of which are still in use today! 34 years later, here we are blessed with some of the worlds best brands in the Cycling Industry. Massive thanks Boss, and to you all for your continuing support to us over the years 🙏🏻👊🙌. Time for some 🎂&🍾🥂🍻. Have a great weekend peeps! #windwaveuk #performancecyclingproducts #happybirthday #caketime #proseccotime🍾

Can’t say I’m not enjoying the odd mellow solo pedal from the door at the minute, something I’ve always been used to working odd hours throughout my career in the catering industry. However since moving to Hope and meeting some awesome fellow biking enthusiasts through @cafe_adventure_hope and @bike_garage and setting up the @c.a.b.g._collective helping us meet even more people who enjoy having a blast out in the hills on two wheels I’m missing the group rides and the social that goes with it! From local riding, the odd race to the odd hike-a-bike up a mountain... we’ll be back soon! #shredthecabg #ridethepeak #seeyouontheotherside #cabinfever

Keeping your frame bearings pucker isn't always easy this time of year.

We are doing lots of frame bearing replacements. We always fit enduro MAX bearings designed to last longer. They are designed for limited, repeat rotation.

Lots of high end bikes come with cheap bearings. Smooth bearings will improve suspension performance.
