🇬🇧 Life often surprises you with the best friendships…
I hold it as a running joke nowadays, but the truth is, @tomasabester has been there on nearly all of the most special moments of my life. By accident, an incredibly rare success of happy accidents.
We literally met on a ladder to the beach in Mar del Plata in 2020. I was going downstairs, he was going upstairs. We both had Above & Beyond tees on and that was enough to beat the fear and silence of a pair of introverts. We spent a chunk of that A&B night together.
Fast forward a few years, we went clubbing and left early. He drove me to my place and that very morning I experienced the most beautiful sunrise of my entire life in Buenos Aires.
This summer we went on holiday together for the first time, and we went back to that very beach in Mar del Plata, and stood on that very rock which made us stop at the bottom of the ladder, look up, and realise we had matching A&B tees. Wild.
We’ve been through a lot. And recently, we played our first B2B. For @amitymusic_ . We’re releasing it to the world today. Anjuna, Progressive Trance, lots of his mouthwatering tunes. Not the most seamless mix you would expect, but what it is, is the representation of a four year friendship which only grows with time.
Love you mate. Here’s to more memories together. 🥸

🇬🇧 It’s time to reveal what I’ve been working on for the last two months:
I wouldn’t exaggerate if I said @aboveandbeyond ‘s set in @mutemardelplata this summer changed my life, so much so, I decided to recreate their set in its entirety. All 39 songs mixed as technically as my audiovisual evidence and memory could recall, with as exact BPM, pitch and transitions as I could. What’s more: to remember the good times, I decided to add another dimension of nostalgia, REAL SNIPPETS from that night, which include crowds cheering, clapping, singing, and more. I’ve devoted many hours to this project, and I hope you like it.
See you on Sunday.
