POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In this week’s episode of The Open Soul Podcast, I’m joined by my dear friend @eden.sipperly for a conversation about the many layers of being human.

From grief and motherhood to authenticity, self-trust, and navigating life’s transitions, we explore what it means to embrace the full spectrum of our experiences rather than trying to rush through the uncomfortable parts.

One of my favorite things about our conversations is how naturally we move between the beautiful, the messy, the profound, and the ordinary. Because all of it belongs.

Thank you @cannonschoolalumni for the feature, and also for the biggest kickstart of our emboldened lives.

We share grief for many reasons, but mainly as a reminder that none of us are or have to be alone in our process.

Isolation digs that grief even deeper. Sharing it offers rich soil for connection, wonder, and deeper living to grow.

We have a handful of decks left before our rebrand happens. Get yours at the l!ncolnb!o 🩵🫶

It’s been such a pleasure dancing, exploring, discovering, and challenging ourselves together over the past year and a half.

This group has meant more to me than I can put into words.

Thank you for the acceptance, encouragement, and space to grow. ❤️

There’s something profoundly healing about realizing you don’t have to carry it all alone. 🌿

Many people come into group KAP unsure of what it will feel like and leave surprised by how deep, supportive, and meaningful the experience can be. Sitting alongside others in a space of honesty, vulnerability, and care becomes part of the healing itself.

We host 8-week KAP groups in Asheville, NC. ✨

our sacred grounds open into a FULL SUMMER of gatherings shaped by horses, community, learning, and deep presence, where each offering unfolds as part of a living, evolving season rather than a fixed schedule. throughout the summer there are intimate retreats, equine-based experiences, conversations with leading voices in the field, community circles, and private gatherings that move between reflection, embodiment, and connection with the land.

from healer-led immersions and women’s retreats to collaborative days with educators, authors, and practitioners, the work continues to grow in ways that are both structured and organic, always rooted in relationship with the horses and the natural world.

we are holding space for everything from community gathering days and sacred sunday-style offerings, to immersive workshops, educational talks, and private retreats that blend somatic healing, writing, reflection, and experiential learning. this includes collaborations with respected voices in education, trauma work, and equine-assisted practices, as well as ongoing seasonal programming designed to invite people into slower time, deeper listening, and authentic connection.

we are constantly updating and shaping what emerges as the season unfolds, and we are so grateful to be opening these grounds again to those who feel called into this kind of work, this kind of quiet transformation, and this kind of summer held by horses and land.

(Excerpt from my blog)

Lately I’ve found myself in a space of wanting to continually land in intentional containers. HA. What do those words even mean? Intentional? Containers? They’re so overused and oversaturated that I don’t even like using them. I’ll do my best to paint a picture of what an intentional container looks like to me…

You roll down the windows to take in the salt air as your car slows to a creeping crawl, filled to the brim with guitars, art supplies, coolers, meditation pillows and blankets, bed sheets, and cameras. The air is cold and brisk — a chilly 45 degrees, but the wind makes it feel like 20. As you turn into the sprawling lot, you see only two other cars parked there, knowing these two cars also hold piles and piles of art supplies and other creative gadgets — computer monitors and hard drives, boxes of clay and watercolors, books and journals. These seven women are the women you pulled together to enter into a container with for the next five days.…
