After their epic Edinburgh Fringe adventure, Fabled are back at @faimprov on the 11th and 12th of December! Fabled is an entirely improvised fantasy adventure tale that features a hilarious cast of improvisers with live musical accompaniment. Featuring actors from Final Fantasy Tactics, Crimson Desert, Dragon Quest, Warhammer: Age Of Sigmar, Anno, Evil West, Arknights, Hellblade and more. ★★★★★ "Fantasy lover or not this show is a must see" - Ed Fringe Review ★★★★ "High level comedy, beautifully acted and expertly improvised" - One4Review ★★★★ "Prompting the audience into uncontrollable, mirthful laughter" - The Student ★★★★ "A lot of comedy along the way that has the audience in fits of laughter" - The Phoenix Remix ★★★★ "A delightful hour of improvisational theatre" - Little Lark Of London

With Philly Fringe coming up later this month, tD writer & editor Emilee Lord takes us backstage to share practical tools on how to survive doing too many shows in not enough days, based on her experiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Link in bio. Photo: Emilee Lord Image description: A dark teal border on the left and bottom edges of a white rectangle. In the center, an image: Emilee Lord, in a black tank top, smiles into the camera, her grey and brown curly hair framing her face. She holds the participant badge for Edinburgh Fringe in front of her chin. In the lower-left corner of the post, in dark teal and black, a lowercase t and uppercase D, the logo for Thinking Dance. Above the image are blue letters that read “Fringe Didn’t Kill Me!” and below the image are blue letters that read by Emilee Lord. #DanceWriting #FringeFestival #EdinburghFringe #PhillyFringe #SelfCare Image description: A dark teal border on the left and bottom edges of a white rectangle. Finally putting all the reviews from “The Painted Revolutionary” at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in one place. Very proud that the show was named a FringeReview Hidden Gem at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, and really grateful for all the kind words about the team’s performances throughout the run. A brilliant experience all round and a real pleasure getting to play the role of “Order”. 🙏🏽 Onto the next.

WOWOWOW I have to be honest, awards were nowhere on my radar for Edinburgh Fringe 2026….and for me I can admit, I’m often tunnel visioned right on them. My goals for this first ever Edinburgh Fringe (for me) was simply…to do it! To learn as much as I could, to meet my mistakes with curiosity, and to put the show under the most extreme microscope to make it even better for next year. Being on the Shining Stars Top Pick of the Fringe list from @edfringe_review among artists whose shows left me in awe is an honor….sorry…..an HONOUR. Sappier post to come, in the meantime, thank you to those who made this possible, namely @alice.zel who produced this show’s butt off. Sorry…this show’s arse off. MERCI!!!

Massive thanks to @edfringe_review for their kind words about AOH. We’ll never pretend it’s polished. But we do perform the bollocks out of it at 110mph and fracture a few bones. So if that sort of stuff is up your street, stick around. Cheers x #alternativecomedy #keepthefringefree #daftlaugh
