I sprained my wrist a few days ago, done with the treatment, now it's time to strengthen it 💪💪

Starting very simple with some foundational movement for now, including:-
1. Flexion
2.extention
3.pronation
4. Supination
And
5. Heavy farmer holds for endurance

Badminton isn’t just about moving fast — it’s about accelerating, stopping, changing direction, and accelerating again. 🏸⚡

Today’s session focused on acceleration + re-acceleration to improve first-step quickness, movement efficiency, and the ability to explode into the next shot.
Building speed that actually transfers to the court. 💪🔥
Train smart. Move fast. Perform better.

Don’t try to train your kids. They’re going to do what you do anyway. So train yourself, lead by example, and watch them grow stronger. ❤️ 🧿

Father & son — Hashim and Amaan. So incredibly proud of Hashim, his dedication, discipline and constant support, and of Amaan for pulling through so well. The encouragement, the belief and the “keep going” moments made it so special to watch. 💪🏼❤️ 🧿

Proud of you both! 🫶🏼🔥. Thank u @shergill_physiologist @edge.performancecenter for the incredible training, guidance and drive 💪👍

One of my favourite exercises to develop explosive upper body strength BARBELL PULL OVERS, this version challanges your thoracic spine mobility and core strength.

Athlete development is just not about lifting,Sprinting , Jumping ,it's about A SOUL wanting to do more , someone wanting, grinding to get there to make it , if you don't have that FIRE that undeniable WILL and the ability to never switch off as a coach or a developing athlete you don't make it , out of hundreds and hundreds of soul's a few make it ,and those few tell the story the rest are just mere listeners.....
