At Yoga Loft we love love love ❤️ Beginners

Our Vital- 10 week rotation of beginner classes are the perfect place to start your Yoga Journey or get a tune up for students who have been practicing more dynamic classes and not sure they’re “doing it right?”
Or anyone wanting a slower pace, long holds and lots of detail 🤓

Each week we have a theme focus that builds on the next to give you the knowledge and foundation to build your practice upon. These classes move slower, provide detail and discussion to empower you. They’re often addressing the things we breeze over in the Vinyasa classes so you feel confident taking the step towards the vinyasa classes.

Our Yin & Fascia Release, Restorative Yoga & Chill Flow are all beginner friendly and complement the Vital classes perfectly so you are challenged, nurtured and rested throughout your week.

The next 10 week rotation is starting 27th July.
You don’t need to wait till the 10 weeks start- start NOW!

Mondays 12.15pm with Vicky
Tuesdays 5.30pm with Eric @edgeoferic
Thursdays 4.30pm with Marine @marine_lifeupsidedown
Fridays 9.30am with Chai @yoga_with_chai
Sundays 10.30am with Claudine @yogabeyond

The Winter Solstice is often seen as a turning point.

A moment to pause before the days begin getting longer again.

We'll be marking it the way we know best: in community.

Join Eric @edgeoferic & Harri Sing @harx.music for an evening of Yin + Live Sound as we gather to reflect, reset and honour the season together.

A slower practice.
A quieter room.
A shared experience.

Sunday June 21 at Neutral Bay.

Sooo Happy to be reunited for a night with these two Batch One/ Family of mine! ♥️

Actually, it was 2 nights for @edgeoferic since he lives in Sydney. ♥️ He has no choice but to meet me up! Hahaha I will be posting more of our Chin Chin night soon. Super thank you mars for the walking tour that is very much needed after the yummy busog dinner. 🤭

And “A” for effort for marseh Joy @mahallaham who flew from Melbourne to Sydney just so we three can catch up! ♥️

Yung sinabihan mo si Edge na pupunta ka ng Sydney tas dinamay pa nya si Joy! Ahaha ang Saya! My heart is full! Grateful for friendship that stands the test of time and distance! ♥️

❤️ Welcome Eric Salazar to the Yoga Loft teaching Team ❤️
@edgeoferic
Eric will be teaching Tuesday evenings
5.30pm Vital
6.45pm Chill Flow

Eric started teaching in Singapore back in 2013 shortly after his teacher training in Rishikesh, India Since then, he never stopped sharing and teaching yoga across the Asia Pacific Region - Singapore, India, Philippines & Australia.

Currently in Sydney, Australia, Eric’s classes will take you through a journey of breath, movement and mindfulness - coupled with hints of intentional and creative sequencing to prepare the body and mind.

He encourages students to slow down, focus, and develop a personal relationship with sustainable practice. This way, students can bring the practice in their everyday life - move pain free, deal with everyday stress and support the activities that they love to do!
