December sees Folklore Sessions bringing Abigail Rose (@theabigailrose) to The Folklore Rooms and this show is now SOLD OUT 🚨

With support from Edie Bens (@ediebens) this is set to be a seriously special show… Well done to everyone who snagged a ticket in time. We’ll see you then!

Nashville-based indie-folk songwriter Abigail Rose blends Fleetwood Mac-esque melodies with intimate, emotionally honest storytelling, earning international attention with her breakout single “Run Girl”, which landed on New Music Friday playlists across seven European countries, and her 2026 viral duet “Betty’s in the Band”, which surpassed one million Spotify streams in just ten days.

3 MORE DAYS TILL OUR NEXT EVENT! let’s once again highlight the artists playing @westboundsessionsamsterdam on wednesday :)

@ediebens is the unofficial Dolly Parton from Wales. A generational talent, based in London, who takes your breath with timeless songwriting and charming delivery. Do we need to say more?

@larabakker_ has a background in theatre, and this shows in how she takes you by the hand from the moment she arrives on stage. With her delicate diary-entries-turned-into-songs, she tells one overarching story. A must see live!

We’ve seen @jacob.drescher play at a music night in @cinetolamsterdam and were HOOKED by his sound. He uniquely blends shoegaze with folk, and combined with his humble persona he’s one to watch in the current singer-songwriter’s scene.

This will be an evening to remember. We would love for you to be part of it :)

See you in the crowd? Get your tickets via our bio! 🎫

The Listening Room: Edie Bens ✨️

The final artist announcement for the next event at @thebrooksoton - 19th November 🌼

Welsh singer-songwriter Edie Bens grew up on a farm with a pet owl and the world's largest dog. Now, @ediebens has become one of the most hotly tipped emerging artists, supporting the likes of KT Tunstall, Richy Mitch & The Coal Miners, Tom Walker and Felice Brothers on tour. She's also been championed by BBC Introducing and Greg James, as well as Matt & Mollie, who she recently joined on BBC Radio 1 as "one of the best" interviewees they've ever had

London-based, Welsh singer-songwriter Edie Bens comes to Amsterdam to charm us with her classic songwriting and soothing voice!

Jacob Drescher balances the line between intimacy and charged rawness. On Oct 21st he brings his uniquely layered songs from his DIY caravan studio to our stage at @midwest020 :)

Raw, honest and unfiltered songs, straight from her diary. Lara takes a performance to the next level (we know!) and will be the first Dutch singing artist taking our stage! (Find your tickets in our bio)
