Huge thanks to @rclfinc and @lyndawelte for hosting our @edit_at_streetsense_ team at the Renaissance Factory in Roanoke! The tour and hands on experience is something we won't soon forget. From learning to weld and getting a behind the scenes look at the incredible craftsmanship, to seeing cutting edge technology in action and exploring Roanoke with your team, we had an absolute blast from beginning to end. Thanks for the memories, the inspiration and a truly unforgettable experience!

Cue Sound! The rumors are true!!! @theriggsby is back and opening soon!! We've been looking for the perfect home and we're lucky enough to have partnered with the amazing team @royalsonestadcdupontcircle . Designed by the incredibly talented @brian_miller_ and his team @edit_at_streetsense_ the new Riggsby is completely reimagined and represents an evolution of the original concept.
So much more to share in the coming days...beyond excited to show this beauty to DC and the rest of the world. Opening soon!!

RYE BUNNY: every detail was designed to feel welcoming, cozy, and elegantly un-fussy.

@capitolhillstainedglass made stunning panels for us, using the palette from the floor tiles and the pattern from the 100 year old central showpiece quilt. Months and months of hunting to find enough pieces for the collection of tonal matched hand made pottery for the shelves.

Thank you @mecpo and the brilliant minds at @edit_at_streetsense_ always the creative dream team to collaborate with.

@jillmarietyler and @jonsybert you have created a really special dining experience. The kind of place where you can celebrate milestones, and little accomplishments alike in elegant, cozy, company.

may 2025 at @tapori.dc, which is one of the most fun restaurants in DC right now 🕺🏽 @suresh_sundas is doing amazing things in that kitchen and @ejapaga is making such a creative cocktail experience there, even the non alcoholic drinks are stunning. not to mention it’s all housed in a space designed by @edit_at_streetsense_ !

This is an excellent example of what's possible when designers collaborate closely with artisans to bring their visions to life. We are proud to foster this collaboration, as it is a key element of our process.

The talented team at @siosidesign hand-made the incredible communal kitchen table from Indiana Black Walnut. At 16 feet long and supported by 6 pairs of our kitchen legs, it becomes an impressive centerpiece for the resident kitchen in the award-winning design by @edit_at_streetsense_ for the @livethecommodore.

In addition to the table, we produced the equally grand pot rack to balance out the kitchen with compatible proportions and finishes.

We are so excited to introduce our very first, and very wonderful, client @claudinepvd!

Brought to life this summer by husband-wife team Chef Josh Finger and Chef Maggie McConnell, Claudine is a stunning tasting menu restaurant (c/o @edit_at_streetsense_ ) reimagining modern fine dining in the heart of downtown Providence- where Maggie grew up!

Having met while working at Thomas Keller’s three-Michelin-starred Per Se, Josh and Maggie showcase their endless talent and creativity by surprising and delighting guests with a new, eight-course tasting menu every service- each one rooted in their mastery of refined, classic French technique and inspired by New England’s evolving seasonality and rich coastal bounty.
